A spacious, 3 bedroom single level villa. Quiet and secure. Located at the rear of a complex of 5 Villas. Centrally located between Toowoon Bay and The Entrance. Pet friendly for small to medium sized dogs (please let us know when booking).

Linen is included standard with your stay. We provide doonas, pillows and blankets, along with all bedding and bath towels. Please BYO beach towels and let us know your preferred bedding configuration in your booking.

Fully equipt kitchen including microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and full-size fridge. We have tried to think of anything you could need for your holiday - all crockery, cutlery, BBQ tools, entertaining dishes, glasses and even a wine-stopper are provided. We are completely child friendly and provide portable cots, stroller, high chair and children's plastic kitchenware and cups; along with toys and books.

Proudly pet friendly, but please bring your own pet bedding.

There is a chromecast and a wide selection of movies, books and board games. There is also a TV and DVD player in the master bedroom.

The Villa is easy access, with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that leads out onto the covered deck with private and secure garden. Good sized undercover rear deck with BBQ, and outdoor setting. We also have children's table and chairs. Safe for children and outdoor pets.

We have two grassed areas, one which is artificial lawn and green and lush all year round, along with a real grass area further around the back of the property.

Well-appointed laundry with washing machine, basket and pegs, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, drying racks and outdoor clothes line.

Remote control single garage plus one extra undercover carport parking space.

Easy 5 minute stroll to Blue Bay beach, cafes, galleries, restaurants and local shops at Toowoon Bay. Walking distance to The Entrance - pubs, clubs, cinema, specialty shops, Memorial Park - safe, children's water play area, entertainment, daily pelican feeding at 3.30 pm at The Entrance, boating, fishing, minutes to Bateau Bay shopping centre, and ten pin bowling. 15 minutes to every type of entertainment at Mingara Club. Beautiful lookouts (Crackneck), scenery, Norah Head lighthouse, distillery, national parks and gardens. Walking distance to the dog beach at Shelly beach. Please feel very welcome to stay and enjoy quieter comfort - don't stay in the hub of tourist activity when Villa Blue is just walking distance to The Entrance and Blue Bay!
