This great Pointe Royale condo has everything you are looking for in a vacation rental. You will love the location and how close it is to the Clubhouse!

The Space:
You won't even need a Caddie to walk up to the Clubhouse to enjoy the INDOOR POOL, seasonal outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts or restaurant! The condo itself is comfortable and well stocked. You will love kicking your feet up after a long day of exploring all the very close attractions in Branson. The quality linens on the king size bed will have you resting well. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook up whatever type of meals you have planned. The sofa pulls out to be a comfortable bed for the 3rd and 4th guest.
If you are looking for a clean, peaceful and relaxing place that is close to all of the Branson attractions, you found the spot!

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

**Minimum booking age is 21.

*The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

We love staying at Pointe Royal. The walk-in units are best for us. This unit is nice. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the deck especially since the weather was awesome. We felt we had plenty of room. The unit could use some better lighting. I enjoy doing needlework and it was a bit difficult to see. I'm sure we'll be back.

Secure environment, easy access, outdated property but comfortable enough for 2 person 4 night stay. Could have been better stocked with toiletries, quality toilet paper, towels, blankets, kitchen staples. The shower/tub was very slick and the living/dining room floor is coming up and a tripping hazard.

Over all nice. The little things. Floors are not being cleaned our white socks were black Only 2 wash clothes for 2 people with a 3 day stay. Dryer gets hot but dont dry the vent to outside is plugged. Saw this on a previous post thought it would have been fixed by now. In the dinning room floor in center of the room was deteriorating with sharp edges which appears to be from water damage. No large bowl for popcorn or mixing stuff for dinner. A kettle for making tea or hot choclate would have been nice to have. Would we book again, not likely.

Place was clean and just as described. We had what we needed for our long weekend. We really enjoyed the deck with the ceiling fan. Loved sitting out there having coffee in the morning. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a king size bed. It was supper comfortable too!

We very much enjoyed our trip

The condo was the perfect size for our group. My fiance and I, her teenage son and our 2 dogs had plenty of space and loads of nearby activities to partake in. It's a short walk away from a fantastic little spot to get breakfast that's located on the property and all of the amenities we could ask for were included. We will absolutely try to book here again for our future trips to Branson.

A previous comment mentioned dirty carpet. The condo has vinyl or tile floors throughout. NO carpet. Bathroom maybe a little dated in comparison to new construction but certainly very workable. Overall a nice condo in a wonderful location. Beds room comfortable. Easy entry and parking. Would certainly recommend and stay here again.

My husband and I booked this location so we could play the golf course. The condo was clean and bed was comfortable (soft). The condo is located close to the pro shop, pools, and pickleball court. We loved not having to lug our golf clubs up or down the stairs! No stairs is a win!!We enjoyed the pools. Treat yourself to a grape or mango daiquiri at the Tiki bar. You won’t be sorry.

Dissapointment

We checked out early. The condo was not suitable for us. There are quite a few things that need to be repaired and cleaned. We were not able to even go out on the patio due to difficulty to even open the door and the dust and algae accumulated on everything. The tub is VERY slick and could cause injury. We tried to lock the door as you instructed with hitting the lock button and then tugging. No luck! I am sorry to have to mention all of this but thought you needed to know for the next guest. I

Overall great mini vacation

We really enjoyed the property, it was basic but had everything we needed. Clean and conveniently located by amenities. The only downfall was the leaf blowing that started at 8am Monday right outside our windows :( the fuel could be smelled inside otherwise we would have had no complaints.

Very nice place

This was a very good condo. It was an older unit but was very nice and neat place to stay. Very quiet unit with a great view of the little lake behind it. Very relaxing to just watch the ducks in the water. They have a great golf course. It was way too cold to play.
