Located just 25 minutes from Wisconsin Rapids for shopping & dining. A short drive to Wisconsin Dells, Devil’s Lake, and Cascade Mountain allows for even more adventure.
Pontoon Boat RentalOption :A pontoon boat is available onsite through Big Papas Pontoon Rentals. All rental inquiries go through Big Papas directly. The boat will remain on the property private dock only if rented by guests. Otherwise, Big Papa’s reserves the right to rent the boat during your stay, and it will not be available unless secured at 30 days before your stay. If booking close to vacation time, call Big Papas as soon as possible.

Awesome summer stay. The property was just as shown in the listing. Owners were awesome to work with. The streaming TV and no local stations was hard to get used to but we made it work. The kitchen area was great for dinners and family gaming. We loved the screened in porch to get away from bugs. Lake was great to cruise on. Frontage was not as expected a little weedy but we made do. Sat on the pier or floated in the water as we had great weather. They utility room had any kind of toy you wanted to play with. Great amenities! Rome is cute town, farmers market was good! We will be back.

We had a great time at the lake house & Niki was a very helpful & responsive host. It is by far the best equipped rental we’ve ever had. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans, glassware, dishes & utensils and there were plenty of outdoor games & kayaks. The layout was perfect for our family & the screen porch & yard are great! We also rented SUP’s from Dave at Central Lakes Sales Watersports Rentals (includes delivery & pickup). During the week the lake is pretty quiet, perfect for paddle boarding. It does get busy on the weekends, but the no wake until 10AM is nice. We tried several restaurants in the area & visited Stevens Point & LaCrosse on rainy days. Overall, it was an awesome getaway week for us!

Lake Camelot Family Summer Vacation

The property was exceptional. Extremely clean and well maintained. The pictures online are accurate. You cannot beat the location of this property, flat yard space, unlimited “toys” and easy boat rental. The area near Rome is also great, everything within 10-15 minutes of property. Family Get Away

A beautiful home on a beautiful lake. There was plenty of room for a 6 of us. Our favorite spot to gather was the screen in porch. Our grandson loved crawling around while we enjoyed the view of the lake. We already booked for next summer.

Lovely Lakefront Home

We stayed here recently and it was a wonderful weekend. It didn't feel too crowded, especially with the enclosed balcony and outdoor space. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults. There's plenty of lawn games and water toys - very thoughtful for guests!

Great Family Vacation

This place is great. Lots of room and the beds were so comfy. Tons of outside toys to keep any age busy. The only thing that I would complain about is that the lake has alot of seaweed. We had a great time.

Lovely home with a great screened in front porch looking out at the lake. Big sand area for the 3 and 5 year old to play. Lots of sand toys, kayaks and other water toys. Many activities close to the house. Fishing was great.

Great stay, great owner.

This is a great property right on the lake. The owner, Niki, was so helpful when we had a little hiccup with our arrival and kept in touch. While the weather wasn't conducive for using the kayaks, it was so relaxing which was just what we needed. I hope we will get to rent again the next time we are in the area.
