I’ve been going there every year for 35 years and hands down this is the best place I’ve ever stayed at with a group,it has amazing views and great accommodation, I would highly recommend the fibbers lodge
Beautiful place in a great location, both units were clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the stunning views of the lake in the evening. We found it very relaxing and enjoyable, will be definitely staying again.
Fantastic layout for a group wanting separated accomodation and large enough to host both parties in either unit.

Great place for the kids
We loved Fibbers. Plenty of space, comfy beds and best of all it was warm. The kitchen had everything you need. Would definately recommend if you are planning a few days at Selwyn.
A very nice stay. Probably needs a small bit of maintenance (such as one of the dining table chairs is broken) but a lovely little place. We also found a fish in the freezer so someone had obviously forgotten it in there from a previous visit. Very quiet and peaceful visit, a pity the fish weren’t biting! Would come back
This is not the first time our family is staying in this beautiful house. House is spacious with 2 separate apartments, which provides for our family of 6 a perfect space. You can see Lake Eucumbene from the house, and it is just over 1 hour drive to Perisher. And when Mount Selwyn will be reopen next year it will be just 25 minutes drive. We are definitely coming back for the next snow season.
The house was beautiful and exceptionally convenient, divided into a 2 big units, which can be used for one big family, as ours (6 people) or for 2 families unknown to each other. The house was situated on the bank of the Eucambene lake. The communication with the owner was very good and we liked the offer to stay little bit longer on the day we were leaving, pending the arrival of the next guest. The flexibility was very welcoming. The house had everything, the
kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were spacious, with a lot of games for the children and the balcony and the view was priceless.
We will definitely come back to this house again.
Beautiful place very clean and great location in a quiet place will be definitely staying again soon.

Beautiful location.
Furniture is poor quality. As mentioned in previous reviews lounge is broken.
Chair seats come off the dining room chairs and are dangerous.
Carpets are stained.
The oven was dirty and smoked a lot and set off the fire alarm every time I opened the oven door.
We ran out of toilet paper.
Great spot to get away but needs repairs and upgrades.
We all enjoyed our stay at Anglers Reach.
The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. I loved the cosy feel of the house & decor and enjoyed the morning views of the lake. We found it to be a great location with an easy drive to the snowfields and to many walking tracks in the National Park.
Great property for two families or one large family. Great areas to walk around the house and fish with lots of wildlife! We had snow at the house for our stay and it was fabulous! Close to the national park and skiing about an hour away. Highly recommend. It was our third time staying here!
Lovely accommodation for two families on a snow trip.

Great spot for two families
We really enjoyed our stay at Fibbers. It was tidy and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The larger unit was perfect for both families to gather in front of the fire & play games, and the dining area accommodated all of us easily. The master bedroom with lovely views, was very comfortable. The front bedroom downstairs was quite cold due to all the glass windows and took a while to heat. The location was very good for exploring Mt Selwyn Ski fields and we took a drive to the Caves as well. No internet was a good thing for reconnecting with family but also a challenging thing at times. Great spot for an affordable Ski holiday if you are happy to eat in.
