This was an amazing place to stay. We were a group of four and the views from this unit absolutely cannot be beat. They are stunning! It was very clean and had all of the things we needed in the kitchen to enjoy meals while we were there. We felt very safe in the gated property and there was plenty of parking near our unit. There were plenty of beach chairs/loungers put out every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Building was located directly on the beach, there was construction all around the building and in the room down the hall but the builders were respectful of early morning and nighttime. The rooms were clean, some staining on the bed comforters. Only 1 working elevator upon arrival and it stopped working temporarily leaving us to climb 7 flights of steps with my teenage son on crutches. I contacted them and they called about it the next morning and it was already fixed. The wind howled through the windows non stop. I asked for an extra set of sheets and they told me to wash my own. I had to download an app for the laundry, they're very small units and it’s 5 per load to wash and dry and you have to load 10 minimum in the app, so I lost 5 not using the second load. The beach was very nice but not a very large private area and the surrounding areas were also private leaving limited beach front seating. Four wheelers were on the beach starting at 730 am and right before sunset, they woke me up every morning and it’s not very peaceful while trying to watch the sunset. They did have complimentary beach chairs and you could rent umbrellas, which were reserved ahead of time and placed first thing in the morning as to get the good locations. Overall it wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t the best service or quality.

Amazing Beach Vacation

We stayed late-Dec / early-Jan and had an absolutely amazing trip. The condo is exactly as advertised and was perfectly clean upon arrival. Check-in was very easy and instructions were very clear. The master king bed is very comfortable; one of the best my wife and I have slept in staying at a VRBO. The kids room is nice and connects to the 2nd bathroom. Views from both bedrooms are fantastic. Our girls are 4.5 and 1.5 and the unit was perfect for them. Kitchen has everything you need for all meals. Location couldn’t be better; truly 20 steps to the beach when walking out the door of the condo. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Wonderful from Start to Finish

We had a wonderful stay! Start to finish. It was easy to check in, find our room, park and out unit was exactly as described. The view was awesome and beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was just a couple of feet and everyone was so friendly. We are definitely coming back!

Very nice location

Had a great time at the facility. Close to village and on the beach. Great communication with property team. Only improve my was locating the key to get in as it was not at the facility. We had to pick it up in a little office area/ strip mall key box which wasn’t anywhere near the property. All in all we loved it!

My driend left him to get chair and he couldn't stand .he stert walking abd fell down and end up in ER with fracture and cast with lots of pain ruined our last week stay

Just fabulous!

I visited this property with 4 of my best friends. We had a fabulous time. We especially appreciated Jonathan who helped us set up our chairs each day. Only two complaints, 1) the call box didn’t work at all for check in. After such explicit check in instructions, you would think that tidbit would have been mentioned. 2) one of the elevators was broken. A fellow guest who travels to Palm Bay frequently informed us it had been broken since April. Sort of frustrating but overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Unit Poor Experience

This was not our first trip to this property, but it was our first experience with this unit and property management group. I’m so sad to enter a poor review. For 15 years we have had wonderful experiences. I understand that emergencies and events out of the control of the management company will happen. However, when a customer experiences such events, I would assume an effort to compensate for inconvenience. This isn’t a budget rental after all. However, I’ll share my experience and future visitors can decide if this is satisfactory. On our 2nd day, we were notified by phone at 6:30 am that the plumbing was out and no one in our building could use any water, shower, sink, or even flush a toilet. There was no timeframe for resolution. With a family of 4 small children this meant we had to get out of the unit completely and get to a place where we could use a bathroom and access running water. We were allowed to return at 1:30pm when the issue was fixed. When I let property management know what a big deal this was for our group, and even ask for some recompense they completely ignored the request and responded by email only that they hadn’t realized there had been an issue but they did call the Palm Bay manager and confirm things “were down for a few hours”. Yes, we can pick up and make the best of it….but we are paying to have an experience. I for one had hoped to cook breakfast with my children and sleep in a bit!! On day 5 I called the emergency line at 9pm to let them know our air conditioning had gone out. They said they would call someone in the morning. The plumber wasn’t able to come until 3:30 the following day. By 6am, it was 80 degrees. Needless to say the unit was uninhabitable until 5pm. I asked for a different unit to use for the day, and was granted one…..I was so relieved and ready to forgive all…. Until I found out not only was it a three story walk up , it was over a mile away. Again, no check-In to see if we were okay. No apology for the second time we had to be leave our unit. So, for me, this is a poor experience. Vacation on the beach is supposed to be carefree. When unforeseen things happen, I expect the management company to recognize the situation and try to make things better. A refund of a day, offer up beach chairs and complimentary umbrellas while we are stuck outside? Apparently that is not the business model for this company so beware of iTrip properties if you have similar expectations.

Very nice accommodations, we really couldn’t want for anything during our stay. The building and condo were very nice, literally right on the beach, had available covered parking and the management staff were very friendly. Dishes, towels, beach gear were all provided, instructions were clear and the AC was nice and cold. We had a very good time and would stay there again

Great condo to stay in! Plenty of room for us 4. Only issue was it was a teenager’s “last hurrah “ for summer. So quite noisy at night. Also, it would be nice to have blackout curtains on the west window. Hard to see tv during the day

Great Condo for Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for my husband, two 20 year old girls and myself. When we arrived, it was clean and smelled very good. The rooms were a perfect size for the beds and our suitcases and belongings. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the beach and weather. It would be great if the porch was screened instead of glassed but we still had a great time snacking and talking there. The beach is pretty and the free loungers were great. Had a terrific trip.

Wonderful stay, room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the beach. Cannot see sunset from here. Ocean wonderful. Child loved could swim far and be able to stand in the ocean. Would recommend for families. Pool was very nice.

What an awesome place!! Comfy house with everything you could need plus great amenities in the property with beach chairs and loungers right at the beach! Amazing views and one elevator ride from being on the beach! We even used the grilling area!

Great week in siesta key

Stayed in Palm Bay beach club on 7th floor. Great views looking to the right. Great sunsets on the beach. Unit was comfortable for 2 couples. Right on the beach. Lounge chairs available for free from the beach guy. Very cute carter! He also had a drill to get your own umbrella into the sand or you could rent an umbrella. There were 3 beach umbrellas in the unit but only the new one was workable. Agency we rented from supplied us with beach chairs as they didn’t know the building supplied them. The coffee maker must have been old. We made awful and different types of coffee each morning! The beds were comfortable. There were beach and bath towels. We asked for more bath towels in the middle of the week and they were delivered promptly. No laundry in the unit,just in the building. Guess I am spoiled. I like my own washer/dryer! Great reasonably priced restaurants close by. Publix close. Went on a boat ride thru I trip and that was a lot of fun too. All in all, the week was terrific and we would probably come back again…and we are pretty picky!

AMAZING

Although the weather wasn't as warm as we hoped, the beach and the unit were still spectacular. Our group had an amazing time in Siesta Keys and would love to have stayed longer and will definitely plan a return trip.

Perfect spot right on the beach, a nice little walk away from Siesta Key Village. Would recommend. Being able to text the customer service number for any random questions is a helpful feature.

Girls trip

We enjoyed over looking the beach. It was pleasant taking the trolly down town. The guest bedroom was nice having two queen. We did prepare our food in the condo. We did not have access to condiments or plastic bags or storage containers. .
