Charming 1920 bungalow ~Inn the Heights~5 mins to Bucs stadium! Central location

We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.

Welcome to the Bungalow at Inn the Heights. This beautiful 1920's bungalow has just been meticulously restored. Original hardwood floors, built in bookshelves, claw foot tub, original kitchen cabinets, working fireplace, custom kitchen countertops, antique light fixtures and much more are featured throughout the house. The owner has restored this bungalow to reflect it's true charm while also updating it to offer every amenitiy a guest would desire while traveling away from home.
The home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, eat in kitchen, dining room, living room and a back bonus room with a sleeper couch. You can comfortably fit 9 guests.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Back bonus room: single couch that has a twin mattress

Seminole Heights is one of the most conveniently located neighborhoods in Tampa. There are many fantastic restaurants and breweries in Seminole Heights that are within walking distance or a quick 5 minute drive up Florida Ave. Whatever you want to do in Tampa, you can easily access from Seminole Heights. Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, Ybor City, Raymond James stadium, Amalie Areana, the Tampa Convention Center, and the Channel District are all a 10 minute drive from the house. The beautiful Gulf coast beaches are an easy 45 minute day trip. Come stay and see all the Tampa area has to offer!

Trip to Tampa for Innings Music Festival

Had a great stay. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. Perfect location for our trip. The host was helpful, and provided really good suggestions for restaurants and other things to do. Would definitely stay again!

Charming bungalow that is even cuter and more spacious than appears in the pictures. Close to lots of delicious restaurants and convenient to downtown Tampa.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was easy to find and close to downtown Tampa. We enjoyed the porch swing and thought the beds were very comfortable. The property does need some water glasses, we could only find coffee mugs.

I loved the character of this bungalow and the charm the original fixtures brought to this rental. Convenient location to travel back and forth to USF, Ybor City, Clearwater, etc. I have 2 recommendations: more kitchen housewares for cooking in; and install an adjustable arm in the shower for your taller guests.

I’ve the historical Tampa

Good location some difficulty due to road work in progress. Very clean, comfortable, the owners paid excellent attention to detail for 1920 decor. Convenient to downtown. Highly recommend this listing. I do suggest that 2nd bathroom be listed as tub only no shower. I really like the claw foot tub. I have been in similar historically correct location that had installed a shower to claw tub

Not What we Expected

Surroundings were sketchy and property at time of check in was not too clean, dirty old carpets, bedding had a blood stain, dirty socks under master bed, flooring in bedrooms and dining area is old/hallow wooden floor some areas seem sunken and uneven. We pulled the sofa bed out to use and frame was broken; owner did not replied to messages and we had to file a claim for a refund. Our vacation was not enjoyed as expected had to find other accommodations; taken more money, time and precious memories from our vacation getaway. On top of it all the owner of this property filed a property damage claim blaming us for the already broken frame. Very unprofessional and unethical.

This property was clean. quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe. Property owners have done a nice job mixing dated and updated conveniences. There were some short comings but nothing that took away from our stay or recommending to others.

Expected the property to be close to Busch Gardens and it was about 12 minutes away by car. What we needed. Older home but very comfortable, owner communication very strong. For a quick stay it met our needs.

Horse show

We were in town for Southeast Medal Finals and chose this house because of the proximity to the show grounds. Less then a 15 minute drive. House was very clean and close to everything (restaurants, fast food, Starbucks and Dunkin) We would definitely stay again when in town.
