The house is huge for the price, and it has everything! It's very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out are easy because the host does everything. The fire pit is great. We used it every night.
This is a cozy comfortable well kept cabin in the country, about a 20 minute drive to Cooperstown and 30 minutes to the Baseball Dream Park. Enjoyed watching the wildlife and using the fire pit for s’mores. Granddaughter liked the loft area. Owner very friendly and responsive.
Top shelf. The owner is fantastic the house sits on a great piece of land over looking a pond and lake in background like a post card Thank you sir looking forward to next year Bob Busch
Everything was perfect. Clean and well stocked home with everything you need. Host was great. Great private property with no neighbors and easy drive to Cooperstown
Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The owner was great and extremely easy to work with, the house was very clean and well maintained, and you couldn’t ask for a more peaceful location. We used this as our base camp for our time in Cooperstown. The property provided a welcomed, relaxing end to each day. We were sad to have to leave, but hopefully we will get another chance to visit again soon.
Went there for baseball in cooperstown was a great place to stay very quiet. It had all the amenities you needed for your stay. Overall great place to stay.
Great property for our week stay while in the area for the baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Property as described and then some. Awesome host. Kids caught bass after bass after bass in one of the several ponds, they were small bass, but they had a blast. The s’mores items provided were an unexpected added touch and our family enjoyed them out by the fire during a couple peaceful nights. There is a grocery store not far away and an excellent restaurant called the Lake House. Only about 25 minutes to Cooperstown for the baseball. The property had everything we needed and our host made our stay so easy. Highly recommend!!!
The house had everything we needed and more! The owner is incredible, quick to respond, and very kind. Absolutely loved our stay and looking forward to staying here again in the future

An at once serene and breathtaking atmosphere, the cabin was perfect for our family of five. Great views of the mountains and valleys of upstate New York, a quick drive to Cooperstown, and ample but homey accommodations make this place a great stay.
The property was excellent. The scenery was beautiful. The house was so inviting and cozy. And lets you get back into nature when you live in the city.
