Cute updated condo on a hilltop with great breezy location near a deer covered golf course. Fun decor, lots of parking, 5 min to Eden "downtown", and 15 minutes from Huntsville. Great stay instructions and amenities.

Quirky, good value
This was a great place for the price. Neat artsy decorations. Clearly the owner is a cool individual. The right size for a 4 person family.I did not see one of those indoor cameras that are always so creepy to notice when you are staying in a rental. Big bonus for that.Needs a little love. A handyman spending one day there could get it right. I bumped into the exposed staircase metal(there was no handle attached for some reason) twice with my hip which was painful and annoying. My only real issue with the place was though it says no pets there has clearly been a dog in there. The smell was noticeable(not terrible but there) and I'm very allergic to pets so had to buy Claritin for the stay to keep my symptoms under control. If it wasn't for that I would definitely stay there again. A steal at this price, especially because most of the other condos at this development are so bland.
Pros-
Fabulous location.
Great TV's in every room.
Lots of fun amenities (pool, mini golf, ping pong, foosball, gym).
Comfortable beds.
Lots of towels.
Quiet at night, couldn't hear neighbors.
Communication with the owner was easy and they responded quickly.
Cons.
If you're coming here in the summer prepare for some heat. Though there is a small AC unit in the upstairs bedroom, whoever is sleeping in the downstairs room is going to get pretty warm. Luckily the place is equipped with several standing fans. Keep in mind that those fans will need to be running the entire time you're inside the condo.
We didn't spend a lot of time inside, but with four adults, it stayed pretty warm. Even with the fans going.
It appears the upstairs shower needs to be snaked. When we arrived there was quite a bit of hair inside the tub and on the walls. When showering, the water did not drain quickly and that was kind of icky. (Simple fix though!)
The cooking pans in the kitchen should probably be changed out. They burned easily and for a property that size I think a couple more would be a good addition.
The cleaning person used something inside the oven that caused the whole kitchen to smell strongly of chemicals once the oven was turned on. Because of this, we were unable to use the oven. I think a simple change in how they clean the oven could prevent this from happening for future guests.
A map would be helpful for guests, especially ones checking in at night. The numbers on the building are very small, so it took a bit of looking around to find the correct unit.
Even with the cons, we had a great time!
Nice property but needs some TLC. Kitchen could be better stocked, the number and quality of cooking pots was extremely limited. Wi-Fi was spotty - meaning the TV didn't stream smoothly. It was clean, warm, comfortable and a good location for skiing at Pow Mow. Check in at night was difficult because it was almost impossible to see building and unit numbers. A map with checkin would be extremely helpful. Communication with the owners was fast and helpful.
This condo is perfect for a week or weekend get away from anyone's crazy life. Eden is the perfect little mountain town that has yet to be overly commercialized. We stayed for a week for a ski trip—the perfect location to reach both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. We worked remotely during the day at the condo and took advantage of the night skiing in the area. This condo was tranquil and outfitted with everything you'd need for the week.
The owners were extremely responsive and attentive to us before, during, and after our stay. They reached out almost immediately, thanking us for booking and letting us know to contact them if we had any questions. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly suggest this place to our friends and family.
The property is really perfect for either a couple or a family. Very close to Powder Where we skied. It is very well stocked and well appointed and the management company and owners were responsive and helpful. Unfortunately for us, the listing made it seem like there are two enclosed bedrooms when in fact there is only 1. The master bedroom is actually a loft space and therefore less private than advertised. No way to just close the door and enjoy private time (or have a quiet space to work). I imagine the property managers will fix the description after I raised this issue with them.

Hi Deborah, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The homeowner wanted us to pass along the following: We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised and we will be sure to double-check this listing. We are so glad that you had an overall wonderful experience and hope to see you again soon!
A perfect condo for a small-ish group. Very clean and super convenient location. The owner was very prompt and helpful with any responses and we felt very welcomed.
100% recommended.
We had never been to Utah and drove up from East Texas. We were more than pleased with our stay in Josh and Stephanie's Condo. They really thought of everything. Home away from home!!
Great stay - host was VERY responsive during check in and offered lots of communication about any issues. Highly recommend this place. Don’t miss the breakfast burritos at Pat’s Food Shack - only 1 mile away
We had a very enjoyable time.
Notes:
1. Couldn’t figure out how to get any audio out of television in the downstairs bedroom.
2. Hot tub water did not seem properly chlorinated.
The apartment layout was nice and there were some nice new interior designs but the entire place was extremely cluttered. There is pretty much no storage space for the renter. All but one closet was filled with the owners stuff and the one that wasn't completely full still had a lot of the owners belongings in it, same with the dressers. Then on top of that the cleaners did not finish the apartment by check in so I had to call to get them back. They were very nice and came to finish up quickly and efficiently. Luckily they were there as the fridge, freezer, and cabinets were full of food which the cleaners happily took with them.

Jeremy, we're glad you enjoyed many aspects of Altitude Adjustment, but we're sorry not all of your expectations were met and exceeded. This is the first feedback we and the homeowner have received regarding any clutter or inadequate storage at this condo. We appreciate your suggestions on areas of improvement and have shared them with the owner so any necessary adjustments may be made for the next guests. The owner apologizes that the cleaners overlooked some areas, but we're glad they were able to resolve the issue promptly. They assure us that this issue will not recur for any other guests. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, this owner is accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we feel confident that future guests will be delighted. Best, the Evolve Team
