Spring break Ski trip

This home was great for us. It is right in between the U of Utah, where our son goes, and the ski mountains, where we spent our days. The home is spacious and very clean. The hosts are gracious and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Monster Jam weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we needed it to be. We were in town for the World Finals at Rice-Eccles Stadium. We cooked breakfast at the house, spent our days out and ate dinner at some of Von's suggested stops. Even played some pool with our sons on the provided table.

This home was a perfect place to stay while we were in town for the week. The neighborhood and home were both beautiful, the hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, and the place felt like home. We loved the pool table, theater room, comfy couches, fireplace, and "under the sea" theme. Will definitely stay here again!

Fun place in a great neighborhood

We had a great time staying here with our son. Lots of movies in the theater and games of pool. We turned on the fireplace a few times when it was chilly. The owners are very responsive, kind, and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

Our experience could not have been better. The hosts were absolutely amazing. It poured rain on Saturday and they were right there with umbrellas as they knew we were going out. They were lifesaving as Salt Lake had record setting rain. The apartment was very clean and a fun place to stay. We had grandkids visit one evening and the playhouse room was such a hit for the little ones as well as the pool table for older grandkids. it was easy to get to the rail system to get to downtown Salt Lake. If we are ever headed that way again we would definitely stay here.

We enjoyed our stay very much at under the sea. Comfortable, roomy and clean. Plenty of room. Beautiful views of the mountains. Nice kitchen with some spices and condiments available. We even used the grill.l I would highly recommend staying at “under the sea” also Sue and Von are very nice and accommodating😊

Unique with all the amenities

The interior design being “the ocean” was amazing! The theater room is very comfortable and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. Our hosts were wonderful! The pool table and piano gave us shared family entertainment while onsite. If you are thinking about staying here, do it, you will not regret it.

High expectations met!

We booked our stay for a week of spring break family skiing after reading the great reviews, which set pretty high expectations for the stay. We were not disappointed! The place was as advertised and as reviewed, and the hosts were very hospitable. The entire place was clean and cozy. Location and view were excellent. Perfect place to stay

We had such a great time staying here! We were on a family ski trip and it was about 30 min to the Canyons for skiing. This has everything you might need and a little more! The owners, Von & Sue were very friendly & went out of their way to answer questions & ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed playing family pool tournaments in the evenings. Can't go wrong!!

Great place to stay

The space is very comfortable and roomy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were very conscientious when some construction got scheduled unexpectedly during our stay. They checked in to see if they could do anything to make our stay more comfortable. The location is great to reach everything in the valley and easy access to the mountains. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay. The hosts were very responsive. There is so much room to relax, and the couches were very comfortable. The media room worked out well as an office and private place for work calls. The unit is very clean and well stocked. The beds are comfy. There is good water pressure in the shower and the water gets hot. The towels are soft. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Weekend!

We loved staying in this fun, themed apartment! It was in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful, conscientious hosts. We unintentionally left our toiletries bag in the bedroom. The hosts found it and we were able to arrange friends to pick it up for us. The hosts were willing to mail it to us right away. They were so kind. We would definitely stay here again. Super Fun Comfortable Stay

The property is an attached unit (converted lower level home) accessible with your own access through the side and back. The owners live upstairs and therefore are very accessible and responsive. They’re happy to welcome you and give you the tour. Loved the unit itself. Had fun enjoyable things for my girls between board games, ping pong, movies and open backyard with swings and playground. We came to skii and would very likely rent this property again next time we visit SLC for more skiing

Cool and comfortable

The hosts take pride in their home and enjoy hosting. We communicated with both Von and Sue. Everything was well organized and clear. Von gave us a nice orientation/tour despite our late arrival around midnight. The large well-designed fully equipped suite is a walkout basement of a large house in a quiet residential neighborhood with completely separate rear access from the upstairs. The space is functional, funky, and fun with pool table, separate home theater room, games, outdoor patio with grill, and more. You won't be bored. Our only regret is not having more time to try all the amenities. Looking forward to next time we visit SLC..
