Ocean Palms Villa w/ Westin Resort amenities & Free Golf & Tennis. 1st floor
Ocean Palms Villa 107 is a first floor end villa overlooking a beautifully landscaped pool area. This spacious, 2 bedroom, designer-decorated villa has 1350 square feet, plenty of windows that bathe the villa in sunlight, and the privacy of an end unit. The guest bathroom also has a double vanity plus a shower/tub. In addition to the large deck, the villa also features a screened porch. Adjacent to the villa is a picnic area with a gas grill, and just a few more steps to the pool and hot tub. There is a king size bed in the master suite. The master bath has a double vanity, whirlpool tub, and separate shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that, upon request, can be made into a king bed. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, full size glass topped oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, place settings for 8, plus a complete set of pots and pans. The dining room table seats 6. The living area has a love seat, queen size sleeper sofa, and a reading chair. There is a 50" flat screen smart TV in the living area, plus a 40" flat screen in each bedroom.
Check in with The Westin Resort and Spa and be provided with a key code to your private Villa. This Villa is one of the first buildings into the complex. Being the first building means shorter walks (8 min. walk to beach) to The Westin Resort, Beach, Tennis, Golf and less wait time on The Westin’s shuttle if you choose to get a ride. Or, bike and park at a bike rack located at the south portion of the Resort to access the walkway to the beach.
Shelter cove with Whole Foods, Kroger & various shopping and eateries is an 8 minute drive.

Great Place!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the complex near the beach and the ability to use the facilities at the Westin was great. Although we hit some cool weather we were very happy in the spacious unit. We especially loved watching the many turtles warming themselves on the bank of the pond outside the apartment,
The apartment itself was very comfortable and large. Rusty the manager was a great communicator and offered us advice for things to do! Including a delicious ice cream parlor! The only issue we had was when we checked in we had quite a bit of difficulty finding the actual unit and had to go back to the Westin and ask again. Other than that we loved our stay and would definitely go back!
