Absolutely stunning property. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. Cleanliness was 5 stars xxxx the breakfast goodies were a welcoming extra and very much appreciated. Would definitely stay with you again. Thank you.
Easy access to all parts of the Marlborough Sounds from this property and yet has an authentic farm feel (without having to get your feet dirty). Caught some nice trout on day trips from here. Highly recommend.

Great to have you to stay Bryan, glad you enjoyed the cottage, certainly we enjoyed the fish!!!
My partner and I had a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations. The property is clean, cosy, and spacious and as a bonus the dogs were very friendly! We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area.
The cute wee cottage is situated on a large expanse of lawn with beautiful views of the garden & surrounding hills. Ideal for self-catering, there's a good gas stove & oven with plenty of pots, pans & cutlery. A washing machine is also provided. The bed is comfortable with a choice of pillows & there is a small bathroom with a good shower and toilet.Basic groceries such as breakfast foods, milk, butter, bread, jam, tea & coffee were provided.Sue & Wayne were welcoming, friendly & easy to talk to. We really enjoyed our two nights there & hope we'll have other opportunities to stay there again.
We really enjoyed staying here at this lovely farmstead cottage in this relaxed rural environment. Only issues was check in directions and small bathroom. But everything else was awesome, stunning location, super friendly hosts, lovely dog to greet us and a great place to stay, def recommend!! :-)

Lovely to have Ally and her husband to stay, didn't see much of you Ally but really hope you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for leaving the cottage so tidy. Not sore what the issue with check in was as we kept in touch all that evening due to your late (11pm) arrival, we were worried something had happened to you and hence the messages, xx
We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage for two nights while visiting Marlborough and driving up to Abel Tasman. It was cozy and bigger on the inside than expected. Lots of attention to detail and wonderful suggestions laid out from the hosts. They also offered for us to meet the horses which I thought was lovely, we just didn’t end up having the time. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much John, was such a pleasure having you! Enjoy the rest of your trip! Look forward to having you again one day :)
Alles war vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist allerdings sehr klein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich und haben uns Tipps gegeben für unsere Unternehmungen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Enjoyed hosting Dietmar, unfortunately I'm not sure a 4 star review for a small sink in the bathroom was really necessary. The cottage is listed as a tiny house, it's not actually tiny, and i am unable to resolve the issue with size of the sink. I did email the guests to discuss but didn't get a reply.
Our policy is no smoking, but after the guests left there was a strong smell of cigarette in the rubbish bin, which lingered in the cottage. A number items of furniture had been moved around and not replaced, so not left tidy. Disappointed as seemed nice guests.
We loved our two nights here. The cottage is beautifully done, so clean and a very comfortable bed. So nice to get away and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We felt very welcome and it was lovely to meet the owner and their two dogs were regular visitors. Highly recommend for a getaway!

Really loved having you to stay, a little chit chat, and Splash and Molly were very happy to curl up with you, hope you are enjoying the rest of your trip over to Golden Bay. Thanks so much for choosing us and we look forward to seeing you again in the future 😀
Sue and Wayne were very welcoming and the cottage was clean, comfortable and all what we needed. A perfect deck to hang out and the bbq was a great bonus. If there is one thing to comment on, it would be the size of the bathroom. It is on the small size but totally sufficient. We loved the friendly dogs. The location was perfect for us to visit the wineries and Havelock. All just a short drive away. The spot is nicely set back in the valley away from the buzz.
We loved our stay. A modern a cosy flatlet with all the necessities. Super hosts. Can definitely recommend. Wish we could stay a bit longer but we will be back!

Far from the madding crowds!
A very cute clean comfy cottage, calm environs, remote yet located close to some of the best wineries. Well done Sue.
An excellent Bach in every way. Splendid location. Exceptional accommodation in a most peaceful setting. Sue coped especially well with the shock of our arrival as Bookabach’s confirmation of our booking had not been received! This assumption was supported by Bookabach’s failure to forward my request for route directions leaving me to undertake my own research.
