Our "Seaside Bliss" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. 5 minute walk to the sand on Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the 3rd floor and offers a large private balcony with lovely views of the community lake. The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, Jacuzzi and an on-site Twisted Tuna restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community lake. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Fully equipped kitchen, Lake Views from Balcony, On-Site Tennis Courts, Restaurant & Jacuzzi, and you can't beat the prime location! There is a large balcony just off the living room area which overlook the community lake. No old & frumpy furniture here, not in a POSHPADZ Luxury Property. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony!

Out of this world in Jupiter!

The condo was just as pictured and described. Spotless, comfortable and well equipped. It’s in a good location near the beach and restaurants. The grounds were well maintained and we had a nice view of the lake and the egrets while drinking our morning coffee.

Our condo was very nice, the beds were comfortable, but they need new pillows on the beds. They were all flat as a pancake and not comfortable to sleep on. The pool and area was nice, but the woman’s restroom needs a lot of work done to it. Otherwise we loved our stay and it’s location! Gary was very nice.

Spring Training Trip

Spent 10 days in the condo enjoying the weather and spring training baseball. The condo is in a great location - convenient to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and the beach. Poshpadz representatives took us to the condo to show us everything and provided a gift basket. Very nice touch. We felt very welcome and received great support from Poshpadz. The condo is well decorated and contained everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed our trip very much and recommend this condo to anyone interested in a relaxing vacation in Jupiter.

Winter Getaway

This was our first booking with PoshPadz and will no way be our last! The townhome was newly renovated and decorated beautifully. It was VERY clean. I loved the extra touches: area rugs in every room, lounge furniture on patio, no clutter, tasteful accessories, fully loaded kitchen and spacious laundry room. It truly felt like home away from home! The management was very responsive when some alarms going off in the building needed attention. The pools/hot tub and other amenities were very nice. I could walk to tennis every day. Looking forward to returning!

Sparse , but adequate and clean

This was the perfect location for our trip to visit friends in the area. Normally we are houseguests, but decided to get our own place this time. Gary, owner of POSHPADZ was very nice and drove us from his office to get us settled in. The place was clean and perfect size. Did not know ahead of time it was 2 floors with bedrooms upstairs. My husband had a pulled hamstring and it was a bit challenging but we handled it. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of towels in bathrooms but that was about it. Needed to buy our own soap and luckily we brought shampoo and body cream. Kitchen had everything you need. Furniture in good condition but not an area rug in sight. A bit cold and sparse. A great park for walking just steps away and the beach with a cute cafe just across the road. Was nice for getting out to walk. I would recommend this place to anyone except the elderly that might have stair trouble.

A few beginning hiccups, but overall fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Great location, comfy beds, all of the amenities and kitchen supplies you will need!!! AND Gary is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and a great resource to make your stay wonderful. There were a few beginning hiccups with the property in the beginning: 1)Upon arrival I was told I was upgraded to another unit (however, to me it was not an upgrade since I specifically booked a corner, top level unit) and was now being put on a bottom floor unit. The reasoning was that they were doing painting around my original booking which was supposed to have been done the day before my arrival, but had delays. I completely understand this was out of the control of the property owner, but still was a little bit of a disappointment since I had my eyes set on the top unit view and balcony. I wish I was notified of this prior to showing up expecting the original unit I booked, but to Gary's credit, he did show me the other units available and took me by the original unit upon my request to see if it is what I had imagined. It ended up that I decided to go with my original unit and was going to take a chance on the painters and hope that they will finish up in a day or two and that it wouldn't be too much of a disturbance. Gary was great, and called someone to come clean the place ASAP, and I was able to enjoy the unit I had expected; 2)the internet wasn't working the first morning I woke up. This was important since I had to work the following day/week. I texted Gary very early in the morning to let him know of the issue and he was right on it, at 7a on a Sunday morning. He escalated it to senior technicians if needed, was on the phone instantly, and got it resolved in a couple hours; 3)there was one other issue with the painters, but long story short, we called Gary to let him know what we were being told, he jumped on the phone with the HOA folks, and provided us with the information we needed and handled the situation. All of this is to say that despite the few beginning hiccups, those were quickly overcome with a wonderful host who truly does try to make his guests have a relaxed, fantastic stay and I appreciated that. The unit itself is awesome. If you like to cook (like I do), it has more utensils than probably your own home :), a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, amazing beds! The location is superb; close to the beach, and close to this cool parkour park (so if you like to workout, an obstacle course is in your backyard). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The furnishings were nice, but the dishwasher was extremely dirty with something growing in it.

I felt that Poshpadz was not very customer friendly when dealing with a dishwasher that had something growing in it including a terribly odorous brown fungus looking material all over the bottom of the dishwashwer as well as bugs and dirty dishes. The smell lingered for days. Poshpadz blamed the cleaning service and did have someone come out. However, the only time the smell would get better was in the morning after noone had opened the dishwasher for hours/overnight. Poshpadz had someone come to supposedly address it, but each time they would claim that the smell was nonexistent when my entire family of 4 clearly could smell the continuing problem. It seemed Poshpadz was unwilling to own the problem. Rather they wanted to claim the smell did not still exist which was ridiculous. In addition to the dishwasher issue, the clothes washer didn't fill with water adequately (until we figured out that it would if you switched it from warm to the hot cycle) and the door code to the condo had us locked out until we had someone come to change the batteries. The furnishings were nice. The materials regarding what was available in the area was nice. Unfortunately, however, Poshpadz did not handle the communications concerning the obvious dishwasher problem in the manner I would have expected nor was the odor adequately addressed during our stay given that it really did not get better until the last day and even then there was still some kind of brown liquid on the floor next to the dishwasher that appeared to be dripping from it. Each time they came to address the smell I noticed that they would clean the brown nasty crud from the floor under the dishwasher but it kept coming back. They never offered a discount or anything which I would have expected given the situation.

Whilst we are disappointed with your review, it is this lack of facts & truths that are most disappointing. Yes you did report the electronic lock was not functioning on 1 occasion during your stay- Fact we sent someone over to replace the battery within 30 min which was an immediate response to resolve an issue beyond anyone's human control. Secondly, yes you did report that upon opening dishwasher for 1st use there was an odor and some mildew inside- Fact upon receiving your call our maintenance staff went over immediately to check why this happened. Upon inspection it was reported that the last drain cycle had been not been completed which left a small amount of water in bottom of dishwasher which in turn created smell & small amount of mildew. This was an error on the part of the dishwasher system, and was quickly drained, cleaned in great detail & disinfected by maintenance which left the dishwasher sparkling clean and smelling fresh. Later that evening approx 9 pm you called to say it was horrible and you could not use kitchen and didn't know how you could possibly stay in unit. We offered to come over, you refused and stated that you would call back in morning with update. You called next day around 1 pm to say there was a horrible smell, we were there in 20 min, you had left for day. There was no smell. That day we visited the unit on 3 separate occasions to find no smell and an extremely clean dishwasher. Later that evening you called again to say horrible smell can't use kitchen, we brought in licensed plumbing company who found zero smells, zero malfunctions and we recorded their findings on video which we then sent directly to you. You then complained of clothing washer the next day- Fact there was no issue with washer other than user error as cleaning team went in and all functioned properly. The cleaning team also found 3 full bags of stinking garbage in kitchen that you left sitting in kitchen which was very disrespectful to the unit. We do have video proof of plumbing professional stating there were no issues with dishwasher & photo proof of trash left in kitchen upon your departure. This 4 night rental client was a nightmare, as didn't want anyone there whilst in unit, but was happy to stay and even asked for late check out. Like the judge says you ate the steak, then didn't want to pay for the meal clearly by asking for refund. Please see all the reviews above on unit and our services. We strive to offer excellent service at all times.

Dear Team PoshPadz, thank you for such a great stay, not only was the condo beautifully decorated & spotlessly clean, but it was also perfectly equipped with everything possible to make our stay 5 star. You staff was amazing and so very helpful from the first time we made contact to the day we left. We found the welcome basket filled with champagne and goodies a very special touch and feel that attention to such small details far exceeded our expectations and made us feel so welcome and cared for. The location of the unit was fantastic as we were able to easily walk to the nearby beach & restaurants and we also enjoyed the lovely on site lake which our unit overlooked. The condo's decor is so refreshing and beautiful and every time we walked in the door we felt so relaxed. All the furnishings, beds, linens, bath robes, everything was in the condo was in excellent condition, beautifully maintained and posh! The welcome book was helpful, and even included the TV instructions which came in handy! Your company was a pleasure to deal with, and always quick to respond to any questions we had both before our stay and during our holiday. Gary was a delight and made sure we were met personally on the night we arrived which was at 11 pm, and that in itself was so very welcoming in comparison to our previous experiences with other companies which just leave a key in a lock box for you to pick up. We highly recommend this condo and PoshPadz Properties services as both in our opinion were nothing but first class! Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful vacation rental experience, and we cant wait to come back and will definitely tell all our family and friends about Seaside Bliss and PoshPadz :)
