Located next door to the famous St. Martins Sea Caves, Sea Breeze Cottage offers an unbeatable location for exploring the Bay of Fundy coast. The beach and two popular local restaurants are just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive. Guests are also minutes from Fundy Trail Provincial Park, with its incredible hiking and coastal views, and a short drive from the West Quaco Lighthouse. Whether you’re interested in hiking, kayaking, dining, or walking on the ocean floor at low tide, this area offers endless opportunities for adventure in every season.
Sea Breeze Cottage is also located directly on the ATV and snowmobile trail system. Yeomans Road is a legal ATV road, allowing riders to access the trail network right from the property.
The cottage is a comfortable, historic beach house designed for relaxed coastal living and is well suited for families, couples, and small groups. Built in the 1880s, it offers original character and charm alongside thoughtful updates for modern comfort. The bedrooms are located upstairs, while the bathroom is on the main floor—a layout typical of historic homes and one many families find works well for their stay.
The cottage is fully winterized and available year-round, though some local restaurants may operate seasonally during the colder months. Strong Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it easy to stay connected or stream, and there is ample on-site parking for guest vehicles.
Arrival & Location Notes
The cottage is located at 7 Yeomans Road. When arriving, turn left rather than right toward the Sea Caves, and you will see the cottage straight ahead.
Garbage should be securely tied and placed in the bin beside the shed. Garbage pickup occurs Monday mornings, and we will take care of wheeling the bin to the curb.
The cottage operates on a well and septic system, and guests are asked to be mindful of water use. In the event of spills, a broom and mop are available in the laundry room closet. The basement is not part of the guest space and should only be accessed in the event of an emergency.
While guests enjoy private use of the cottage, the owner or a representative may need access for maintenance or emergency repairs. Every effort is made to provide advance notice whenever possible, and any visits are kept brief and respectful of guest privacy.
Sea Breeze Cottage is an excellent choice for guests who want to stay steps from the Sea Caves while enjoying a comfortable, walkable coastal retreat with direct access to outdoor adventure.

Ocean view delight

Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for! The cottage was perfect for relaxing on the deck looking at the ocean but an easy 5 minite walk down to explore the sea caves and beach or just pulling up a chair at the patio of 1 of 2 restaurants. There was more then enough room for us to spread out inside for morning coffee and reading time. This will definetly be a stay again for us when we travel east!

Excellent cottage in the perfect location. We had everything we needed and look for in a rental. Improvements in this adorable 1880’s cottage made it very comfortable. Owners accommodated a request we had to get check-in info early and even left a bag of coffee! Wonderful!

Wonderful place--great location

We stayed at this wonderful property at the end of our vacation, and while we were there for only a single night, it was a great place. It is literally right across the street from the Sea Caves (as well as a yummy seafood restaurant). The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and Becky was very quick to communicate and answer out questions. We were debating about spending out last night closer to home in St. John, but I'm so glad we decided to stay here with the quiet atmosphere and access to the Sea Caves.

Awesome Cottage

This cottage is perfect for a family or group, so close to the beach, Fundy Trail and St Martin’s. Walk to get ice cream or eat out easily. There are ocean views from both decks and many windows. The host has many extras which makes your stay easy and enjoyable. Had a great time and would return.

WE LOVE FUNDY!

We wish to thank Becky for the amazing hospitality and attention to our time here. From our arrival to accommodating our additional requirements, Becky went above and beyond our expectations. The property was absolutely perfect. Driving in from Saint John, we were not sure what to expect but when we pulled up the pictures on the website could not fully detail the sheer beauty of both the house, and surrounding scenery. The house was spotless when we arrived (and hopefully so when we left!) - Everything was where we needed it be, as it felt like home, no guessing where the pans were kept, and all equipment was in excellent condition. The rooms were large and airy, with comfortable furnishings and nicely appointed. The whole house truly fit us comfortably with the kids in one area playing Jenga and us parents working away at our remote work jobs at the kitchen table (we always work unfortunately - part of the job). Speaking of that, I was nervous that the Internet was going to be an issue so far out. But the Bell service was better than I have at home in the City. I do not understand how that is, but truly grateful as we were able to work without any issues, while the kids streamed their stuff all at the same time! The area of Fundy Bay is magical and awe inspiring. I do recommend anyone who travels out the NB to stay at Becky's as it is close to the Airport yet World's away. Thank you, thank you, thank you! As we have travelled the World over, I can truly say from a private owned vacation rental, Becky is right up there as our number one host. Hosting has become something I’m genuinely passionate about, and I take a lot of pride in creating spaces that feel welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for.
By day, I’m an elementary school teacher and the mom of a teenager. That background has shaped the way I host—organization, clear communication, and attention to detail matter to me, and I want guests to feel at ease from the moment they arrive. I understand how important it is to have a space that feels both relaxing and reliable, whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.
I live nearby and am very familiar with the area, so I’m always happy to share local tips, restaurant recommendations, or ideas for exploring the coast. While I respect guests’ privacy, I’m never far away if you need anything or have questions during your stay.
St. Martins and the Bay of Fundy are special places, and I feel lucky to welcome guests to this beautiful part of the coast through Cave View Cottages. I look forward to hosting you and helping make your stay a memorable one.

I chose this location because I’ve loved the St. Martins sea caves since I was a little girl. I grew up visiting this coastline, and the beauty of the tides, the cliffs, and the caves has always stayed with me. Being able to share this place with guests—watching people experience it for the first time or return year after year—feels very special to me.
