Bella Terra is an event destination/short term rental near Charlotte NC.

Bella Terra is 11 acres of natural and professional landscaping. This is a family/pet friendly location that is in a country setting yet only minutes from dining and shopping.
The pond area is beautifully landscaped with waterfalls, patio, and a Chimenea. There are plenty of fish including Koi but fishing is prohibited.
There is 1000 sq feet of living space which includes a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, one full bath, half bath, and an 800 sq foot patio that has EZ breeze system for year round use.
There is a fire pit, grill, basketball net, outdoor shower, and walking paths.
The first bedroom is located off of the kitchen area and has a king size bed, TV, and blackout curtains making it perfect for a good nights sleep.
Access to the half bath and additional two bedrooms is through a door in the first floor apartment to the main part of the barn.
There is a crib available that can be converted to a toddler bed if needed.
The living room has a queen sofa bed.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with French doors.
Uber, Uber eats, Grubhub, DoorDash, and Amazon fresh provide service to Bella Terra.
Bella Terra has been approved to host events for up to 150 guests not including staff.
When Bella Terra is not booked for events, both apartments are available for guests.
The additional fee for events is listed under the house rules.
There is a second-story loft style apartment that, which is listed under Bella Terra Upper, it has its own entrance at the back of the barn and is situated over the main part of the barn itself, not over the downstairs apartment or bedrooms.
