Unlock the door and be prepared to smile! It is a recently remodeled 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath multi-level townhouse condo. This amazing location in the Boardwalk sound side waterfront community is one of Pensacola Beach's largest private white-sand beaches.

This unit is close to the bay and gulf. The second level features beautiful new flooring, a kitchen with a dining area, a very spacious living room, a half bath, and a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. This unit sleeps 6 people.

The third level features new carpeting, two large bedrooms, each with a private full bath, and open deck. Some Gulf views from both bedrooms, kitchen window, and both outdoor decks. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.

Relax and soak up the sun and the views from either of the unit's two open decks. The ground level has a separate storage closet and covered entertaining area!

Loved it!

Bright, clean, comfy beds, quiet area, extremely well equipped kitchen and just a few steps from the beautiful white sand beach. Many happy memories.

Great place to stay

Surfside Properties hospitality was top notch. We were greeted upon our arrivals and just a phone call away from anything we needed. I would absolutely use Surfside Properties again. The place was clean and comfortable beds.

Great / easy access to the bay and ocean both.

We had a great time at this place. The location is awesome with great proximity to the bay (maybe 150 yds) which was great for our young son to quickly access sand for playtime at a down tempo beach area. The ocean is very close as well being just across the street and only slightly further distance than the bay. Given that we did have a toddler (nearly 3yo), I was concerned that the handrails on the stairs likely aren’t up to code and a child could very easily fall through the handrail falling up to 8 ft. This should be addressed with vertical slats being added to close the large open gap in the railing. Overall, we had a most excellent time and would visit this property again.

Loved it!

We had a great time! Location was excellent (a few minutes walk to the beach), and the property was just as advertised. A lock on a deck door was broken when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed after we reported it. We used the walk in closet in one of the bedrooms for a pack n play for our son, and it worked great. Management was attentive and quick to answer any questions. We would totally stay here again!
