Living on the beautiful private Cay, attach to the main land with a causeway of the established and well-known REGATTA POINT. Property has a magnificent 360-degree views of Elizabeth Harbour and beautiful beaches as well as seeing Chat n Chill.

Walk to George Town Center, food stores, Straw Market, Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Bike and Scooter rental, boat rental (Car Rental will be delivered to your villa)

One minute, walk to the ferries to Stocking Island to relax on miles of pristine beaches on the Ocean side and Bay Side of Elizabeth Harbour. Eat at Chat n Chill for their famous Pig Roast and try the Couch Salad.
