This end unit townhome style condo is absolutely delightful and is in the heart of the fabulous Sawgrass Country Club. Upon entering you're drawn to the spacious 2 story living room that accesses the patio to enjoy the great water to golf views. The open layout makes the first floor feel extremely spacious. Kitchen with breakfast bar is open to the dining room which flows into both the sunroom and living room. One bedroom and bath on 1st level and upstairs is a roomy den that separates bedroom 3 from the large owners suite with fabulous views. Wood laminate floors throughout common areas, new carpet in bedrooms, new sliding doors, new master bathroom with walk-in glass shower, new stainless steel appliances, huge laundry room and 2 large storage closets. Tifton Cove offers a pool for guests and beach access is a short stroll or bike ride away.
