3-Bedroom Solstice Villa at Dragon Cay Resort

Our 3-bedroom Solstice Villa is perfect for a family, group, or couple looking for a little more space and luxury. Newly renovated and set high on a ridge with exceptional 360-degree views of Middle Caicos from the large open-air front porch and back patio.

Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bath. Upstairs there is a queen bed in bedroom 2 and a queen bed in bedroom 3 with a shared upper-level bath. Suitable for 6 people but can hold 8 when living area sofa bed is also used.

Each of the Dragon Cay Resort cottages and villas is nestled into the breathtaking oceanside landscape, only a short walk to the beach, restaurant, and trails. Our cottages offer quaint beachy decor, ocean views, personal kitchens, air conditioning, private patios, Wi-Fi, Firestick TV, and parking.

Our guests can enjoy requested housekeeping service, an on-site manager and concierge. Water sports and activity equipment including paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available to rent on-site.

Solstice Villa is part of Dragon Cay Resort. It is one of seven cottages or villas to choose from. Our private Cottages or Villas at Dragon Cay Resort offer privacy and tranquility yet still with the benefits of a resort stay. This is the only resort-style accommodation on Middle Caicos.

What a fantastic spot!! Marilyn was so helpful and all the people on the island are super super friendly. I hope we can come back soon. The kiteboarding was amazing

Beautiful but Remote

Could not get hot water in the upstairs shower, could not drink tap water and food was very limited. The beaches were beautiful, and the views were spectacular. I'm glad we brought food with us. You cannot take a car on the Ferry.

A heavily experience!

We would definitely be going back, one of our most favorite place, to stay. We got to explore and experience most of the what the island offered. We (husband and two kids eight-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter ). We rented a Jeep, which I highly recommend. Some of the roads may be a little rough for smaller cars to handle. We explored a lot of places. Each day was a new experience. Although I thought the beaches were going to be similar. But every single beach had their own unique beauty. Wonderful people our housekeeper Rosemary was wonderful very friendly staff. The pictures do not do it justice. They had a few insect problems, which I hope they correct. But other think that, everything was amazing! Thank you for everything. Warm regards, Meddaugh family 🙏🏼💗

In the immediate vicinity, you will find the magical Mudjin Harbour, one of the most photographed and beautiful natural landscapes in the whole of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Many visitors to TCI come specifically to view the amazing beach formation around the Dragon Cay rocks.

The Mudjin Harbour Bar and Grill is just steps away and provides meals and refreshments. Check for the opening times of this facility. There are other resort buildings nearby as well as a shared BBQ location

The neighborhood is known as Conch Bar and is a small collection of resort buildings and private residences.

Crossing Place Trail is a few moment's walk away and leads through indigenous vegetation with stunning ocean views.

Conch Bar caves are also a short walk away. The caves feature stalactites and markings from early settlers.

Beyond the resort, you will find vast expanses of unspoiled natural landscape with indigenous tropical vegetation and a very sparse population. Perfect for exploring. There is much to see with other amazing beaches like Wild Cow Run.
