This place is steps from the ocean! A great place to get away for some R&R! North and Middle Caicos have some of the world’s best beaches!

Tranquil, serene, paradise!

What a fabulous find! Absolutely loved this little gem in a perfect location on the beach! Spotlessly clean, well appointed, safe and footsteps to a perfect beach! The hosts and property manager are terrific to worth with, the young man there to assist us was so very kind. Highly recommend Sanctuary by the Sea! Hope to return next Spring!

Stunning beach view

We had a fantastic stay. The beach is seemingly endless. The water is stunning and the snorkeling was amazing. Accommodations were nice and Regina was extremely helpful with getting us settled. It would be nice if there was a second AC unit and a television or radio. One nice touch I have seen in other locations we’ve stayed would be puzzles and art supplies. Would definitely do it again.

The perfect retreat to unplug!

North Caicos proved everything we had hoped - off the beaten path with peace and tranquility. Most days, we were the only ones on the beach for miles - and it was the busiest holiday travel period. The condo was the perfect amount of space, super clean and well situated. Would return in a heartbeat!
