The house is located in a hamlet where all the houses are occupied by permanent residents (farmers, employees). This proximity brings presence and warmth while maintaining some privacy.

The house is bordered by a road to the mill Firminhac by a wood along a small stream that winds under the trees. The road is extended by a hiking trail (PR), the Camin d'Olt reached on foot or mountain bike. Several trails lead you to the hamlet of Albuisquiés the village of Golinhac to Conques and Entraygues.
