Family Retreat on the Coast

Our spacious 3 brm home, completed 2016 is designed for summer family get-togethers. It's private, secluded location has direct access to the beautiful Weiti River with panoramic views across the bay to Stillwater and the surrounding countryside. Row to the boatclub for a wine or take a 2 minute drive to several of the most beautiful beaches in NZ, as well as shopping malls, a movie theatre, bars and cafes. It is also only 30min drive to Auckland CBD.

The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge is great for summer get-togethers and lead out to a barbecuing deck with gorgeous views & great sunsets on one side, and a sheltered lush courtyard on the other. Both have large shade sails or umbrellas to beat the heat in summer. There is also a loo downstairs and a central playroom between the kitchen and courtyard for the kids to safely play under a watchful eye. Below the deck is a huge open lawn with hammocks to relax in under the shade of a beautiful pohutukawa.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
1 x Queen Bed - Master with large wardrobes and ensuite
1 x Double Bed
1 x new double organic wool and latex futon and 1 x cot
Family bathroom with roll top bath and rain head shower.
The stairs are gated for young kids if necessary and there is a highchair available.

Plenty of parking with a double garage and room for extra cars or the boat!
