About this property

Family Retreat on the Coast

Our spacious 3-4 brm home, completed 2016 is designed for summer family get-togethers. It's private, secluded location has direct access to the beautiful Weiti River with panoramic views across the bay to Stillwater and the surrounding countryside.

Take a 2 minute drive to several of the most beautiful beaches in NZ, as well as shopping malls, a movie theatre, bars and cafes. It is also only a 10min drive to Silverdale centre or a 30min drive to Auckland CBD.

The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge is great for summer get-togethers and leads out to a relaxing covered deck area with gorgeous views & great sunsets on one side, and a sheltered lush courtyard for dining on the other. Out front is a huge open lawn with our 'mega play' kids playground.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Spacious family bathroom with roll top bath and rain head shower.

Downstairs adjoining the courtyard is our office and guest room with a double size organic wool and latex futon.

There is plenty of parking with a double garage for guests to use during their stay.

Beautiful in every way

Peaceful and quiet but close to everything you need and the lovely peninsula beaches. A home well-designed to make life easy. Great for family in a natural environment with an always changing outlook over the estuary and the Stillwater wharf. Games on the lawn. We thoroughly loved our stay.
