Wonderful Stay at Ranch Cabin

We had a wonderful stay at the ranch cabin. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect.The cabin was very clean and cozy. Sitting on the front porch with our morning coffee and enjoying the sound of nothing but birds and wildlife was incredible!We will definitely be back!!

Quiet relaxing getaway

Had a quiet relaxing stay. A very comfortable welcoming atmosphere with nice hospitable touches by property manager. Amazing sunsets and great star gazing while sitting on front porch or back patio. Great location-very close to Fredericksburg.

The cabin was very clean and bright! The property manager was very thoughtful and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here. We saw some deer and it was a quiet location. Perfect for mother daughter weekend!

Perfect Everything!

We enjoyed five nights in this perfect little home! Perfectly spotless, welcoming with everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the deer, beautiful sunsets, and all of the beautiful surroundings. The location is very close to Fredericksburg, Comfort and Boerne. Our host was just wonderful, and we look forward to a return visit!

"Beautiful" my 3-year-old said when we first walked inside the cabin. "Beautiful walk" he said when we walked down the road to look at all the animals. Perfect little place for a family getaway. Central to Boerne (Cascade Caverns), Comfort (Bending Branch Winery), bats! (Old Tunnel State Park) and of course Fredericksburg. We picked it for its location but got so much more than a place to sleep!

Fantastic as always

My little family of 4 stayed here for the second time this past weekend so we could attend a car show. The cabin was very clean and well thought out. There were some goodies to snack on and Royce Ann had the pull out bed made for my boys when we arrived. If you can, make sure to get yourself a little something to drink and watch the sun set - it's a beautiful show. Afterward, we watched the stars. The cabin itself has everything you need for a short stay - but most surprisingly is the room. For a tiny cabin, there is plenty of room to move around! We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

Girls trip 2019

It was beautiful and relaxing. We arrived late in the evening but the place was easy to find, directions were clear and simple. The porch light was on, stars and deer were out, and refrigerator stocked with welcomed refreshments. The next morning , coffee on the porch watching deer and cattle graze, perfect place to catch up on reading. Short ride to Fredericksburg and Luckenbach and all the wineries....we will definitely be back. Comfortable for 4 of us. Thank you for all the welcoming amenities, we wanted for nothing. Happy Fall.

Beautiful!

My friend and I came here for a girls weekend to rest and heal from a difficult few months. The host was amazing. So gracious and thought of everything to make the house welcome. Lovely little touches. The location is beautiful. Quiet, serene, lots of wildlife and gorgeous scenery. It was perfect. And a short drive to Fredericksburg to shop and eat. My one very small note is the pull out couch mattress was not great, it was old and stained. So I slept on the couch itself which was ok but it’s really not conducive to sleeping more than 2 if you don’t want to sleep in the same bed. But we made it work and would come back again!

Perfect Getaway

The property is on the outskirts of downtown Fredericksburg and perfect for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed the landscape of the country and getting to enjoy the stars at night. This is a great spot for a peaceful and quiet getaway!

Beautiful, quiet getaway

We experienced a quiet, serenely beautiful getaway for our anniversary in this beautiful little cabin. It was spotless, cozy, well kept and just right for my husband and I. Our host was so good and even left us yummy goodies for our stay. We would definitely come back and stay longer!

The hubs and I enjoyed this cabin so much. It is just what we needed to celebrate our 17th Anniversary. It was very peaceful, and secluded. We love being able to hear the outdoor nature sounds. The property manager was very nice. It was a lovely stay.

Perfect Get-away Heaven!

This was my first time ever trying a Home Rental that was not a hotel, and I will say that it was the best decision to make! The cozy home, was great and a 6+ Star for the extra things that Royce’s goes to ensure Everything is set. The sunset view is outstanding, and throughout the stay we had visitors, Pancho (horse), Betsy and her friends (cows) and Bambi! We were lucky to have gone during Lunar eclipse and the view was beautiful to see all the stars for onces! Overall the place is great for a couple or family getaway and really close to plenty of vineyards. I will be recommending to my family and friends! Thank you for making the his trip great.

Most of the reviews that I read before coming to this place were right on. It is a very clean cottage, out in the country, quite (with the exception of an occasional vehicle) but so what it so much better than any stay in the city! We did watch a movie (provided) one night but most of the time was spent just relaxing outside. It was a great place for some much needed down time. Close enough to several different towns or places to go and do some sight seeing but far enough away so as not to be in all the hustle and bustle. If you like the outdoors-you will love this place!
