The Aspen Mountain Residences [Formerly Hyatt Grand Aspen] at Owner Direct Rates

Prior to choosing "Request to Book", PLEASE read below.

This luxury suite is a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. You may "REQUEST TO BOOK" if you are booking a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Saturday to Saturday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

Please be sure to review the rental agreement, as well as the house rules, prior to booking.

This 3-Bedroom/3-Bath Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The suite features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, three master bedrooms with King beds, fireplace, & stone tile bath, and either a balcony or a patio. A full-size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

Awesome yet again!!

This is our third stay at the Hyatt with Let It Snow. There couldn’t be a better location. You can walk to everything and it is quiet at night. Tami makes the reservation process super easy! We enjoyed another wonderful stay!

Family Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time staying in Aspen at the perfectly located condo near Aspen Mountain. We could walk to the slopes, stores and restaurants in Aspen and the free shuttle services were very easy to use and reserve. Amenities at the condo were also lovely.

2nd time around at this property. What can I say…..it is wonderful, it is perfect, and it is so convenient! Right in the middle of great Skiing, great Shopping and fine Dining. Walked everywhere. Accommodations were super comfortable and spacious. Looking forward to the next time around!

Nice property. Poor service.

Staff on site seemed disinterested in helping with anything needed and was generally slow and/or unresponsive. The property itself was nicely supplied and equipped. We also had no air conditioning for two nights.

Hi Jeff - Thank you for submitting a review. I'm sorry you did not have a completely wonderful experience during your stay. The vast majority of my guests rave about the staff, so I am thinking they were probably under a lot of pressure due to the fact that all of Aspen lost power on the night of the 12th, and as a result of that outage the A/C was knocked out and had to be repaired. Thankfully the evening temperatures were very cool, but I'm sorry you had to deal with that inconvenience. Tami

Tami was a pleasure to work with and the Hyatt Grand Residences are a great place to stay! The location couldn’t be any better! Everything is a convenient walk and they provide private shuttles too. We had a great stay on the fourth floor overlooking the pool and hot tubs.

More than we expected!

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, ice skating and bus stops. Everyone that worked here was so friendly. We enjoyed beautiful roaring fires in the lobby and hot chocolate at the end of the day! Would definitely come back!

The Hyatt Grand Aspen is a luxurious place to stay and it is ideally located. We found the staff extremely helpful and eager to please. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. We won’t hesitate to stay here again, hopefully sooner rather than later. Checking in and out was quick and easy, the free shuttles are awesome, and the facilities are great.

The Grand Hyatt Aspen is a lovely property in an extremely convenient location. We had a three bedroom unit overlooking the city. The balcony was a perfect place to sit and relax both day and evening. The children loved the waterfall in the pool as well as the two hot tubs. We definitely will be returning to Aspen and the Grand Hyatt.
