Verdreckte Küche, ungepflegt, kein WLAN, kein Whirlpool, keine Hilfe vom Vermieter

Das Haus liegt in einer guten Gegend, hat einen netten Garten, damit hat es sich aber auch. Leider war die Küche unfassbar fettig, völlig verschmutzt und noch der Müll vom Vorgänger in der Küche sowie viele angefangene Medikamente und offene Flaschen im widerlich dreckigen Kühlschrank. In den Schubladen im Schlafzimmer Männerkleidung, alte Reisetaschen etc. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem Realzustand, der eher an Flohmarktmobilar erinnert. Viel Kücheninventar- wohl ebenfalls vom Flohmarkt, es gibt keine drei zusammenpassenden Porzellantassen oder Teller. Wir haben alles gespült, bevor wir auch nur einen Teller benutzt haben. Betten sind ok, Handtücher gute Qualität, allerdings muffig und völlig unsortiert in einen Schrank gestopft. Wir haben in 30 Jahren Florida noch nie so ein dreckiges und schlecht ausgestattetes Haus erlebt- und das in der besten Gegend in Naples. Es gab kein WLAN, keinen Whirlpool, kein richtig funktionierendes TV. Der Vermieter hat "sorry" gesagt und keine Hilfe angeboten. Wir haben 5 Tage gewartet, ob nachgebessert wird, sind dann vorzeitig abgereist. Ich habe jedes Detail fotografiert.

Sweet home

Cute little home that's very comfortable. Has a cute yard too. It's a very quiet neighborhood but great for walking. Close to the beaches and shopping. Definitely highly recommend!

Walk and Bike to Vanderbilt Beach

The pictures and description of the home are very accurate. The standout features are proximity to the beach(es), quiet/safe neighborhood and fenced-in yard. Also, great location relative to stores, restaurants, walkability, etc.

Low key stress free. Clean. Comfortable

Just a really nice and easy place to enjoy. I love how it feels like that summer camp easy living kind of place. George is great to rent from. Laundry is great. Showers and baths are great. It’s a gem. Had a great time.

Great location, ok neighborhood

Close to the beaches, bicycles would be great. Had plumbing issues that did not significantly impact our stay.

I have two mountain bikes in the shed. The plumbing issue is resolved. I would of fixed the issue, earlier if the guests told about it in the beginning of there stay.

Naples Christmas Vacation

We came for Christmas vacation and they even put up a Christmas tree for us which was a wonderful touch. Great location with walking distance to restaurants and beach. Nice fenced in back yard. Very dog-friendly location. All amenities provided - just bring yourself! .

Very cool place.

Its is a very clean, cute and comfortable place that makes you feel like you're on summer vacation. Our dogs loved the property too and it was nice to let them out and not worry about them. Outdoor shower was awesome. Artwork and furnishings were great and eclectic. Fans everywhere kept it so comfortable without using the A/C. But the A/C was nice to have now and then when it got hot.

Stylish comfortable house in quiet neighbourhood.

This property is as described and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great bar-b-q and outside seating, comfortable living room, stylish furnishings and decor, we really liked all the prints and paintings. The neighbourhood is quiet, and there are limited amenities so a car is advisable. A few suggestions for things to do in the local area would have been helpful, particularly for those with limited time there. The TV has limited channels, a radio would have been nice. Overall this is a great property for a holiday in The Naples area.

With necessary improvements it could be acceptable.

Our time in Florida was very nice. The house accommodated the four of us without a problem plenty of hot water. The appliances were no problem. There is still work to be done for the future. The place needs a sprucing up. Needs a good paint job. The handle on the washing machine needs to be fixed. More thought to dinnerware for four people. There was a vey nice Blue Danube dinnerware set but we were not sure it could go in the microwave. The laundry room is very cramped. The porch needs an uplift. We had no room in the kitchen for the things we brought with us. The layout was a little quirky in that the second bedroom's bathroom was on the other side of the house.

February 2018 in Vanderbilt Beach area

The house was essentially as expected for its rent level. The owner has a lot of interesting art in his house. Our mistake was to think it was closer to and easier to access the Vanderbilt beach area from the house. Access to the Vanderbilt beach area was in part impeded by foot and bicycle due road construction on Vanderbilt beach road (not the owner's fault). This also created lots of noise and dust on 99th ave.
