Beautiful house close to everything!

Fully updated home with beautiful furnishings. We loved sitting on the screened in back porch. Back yard is very private. We biked to the beach. Nice bike lanes and close by. There is so much to do a short drive away such as various boat rides, bike trails, Naples botanical garden and multiple beaches. Sunsets on the gulf were spectacular! The owner checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything. Super guy!!!

Perfect winter getaway

This property was, in short, perfect for our two-week getaway from the harsh winters of the upper midwest! We just spent two weeks here this past February and we already booked it again for next year. The house itself had plenty of room, it was clean, decorated nicely and well stocked with cooking essentails, dishes etc. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. This was a working vacation for me and I had no issues with the wifi - there was space for me to work etc. Jeff, the owner, was a great host who did a nice job of checking in to make sure everything was ok without overdoing it. Though we had no problems while we were there I am confident if we had any problems, he would have handled them promptly. Also, it seems Jeff is continuing to make tweaks and we are excited to see how it looks next year! Finally, location, location, location! The house is roughly equidistant from both Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass. Super easy bike ride to either and walk-able as well! And of course, Naples has plenty of great dining, shopping, golf and other activities to take advantage of as well.
