About this property

VERY QUIET ARCACHON STUDIO IN DOWNTOWN AREA, FEET IN THE WATER and WIFI

Studio renovated, beautiful view of the pool, private beach, no road between the beach and all amenities .Proche residence, the car is not essential, a sea shuttle allows you to visit the Cap Ferret Andernos les Bains and from the pier.
Besides this one you have the opportunity to rent bikes that you can also take on board to discover the Bassin d'Arcachon, which is surrounded by bike path
.The Bike path passes the residence, this one is built on a deck at the foot of the building, you can see in the pictures (it's not a road! ) And a path for pedestrians.


A bus passing in front of the building you will discover all areas of the city summer, winter and autumn which make the charm of Arcachon and the discovery of the dune of Pilat.
For your arrival, a baker and caterer is two minutes walk of the building and just across a small Japanese restaurant, there is also pizza takeaway at about fifty meters from the residence.
A supermarket 7 minutes walk will allow you to do your shopping on arrival, there is a parking for guests.
Passing before the beachside residence in five minutes you will be immediately to the Casino for players and also you will find many restaurants facing the sea and beautiful sunsets on the Bay.
For boat lovers, always near the beach, you go through the deck directly to the marina which is about 500 meters.
A theater (next door) and cinemas in the pedestrian zone possibly look after your evenings.
For shopping many nice shops brands and excellent catering for gourmets.
Many activities are organized on the beach for children.
The studio has been completely redone in a bright, contemporary decor with a breathtaking view of the beach and the pool, you can monitor your child from the apartment.


For people wanting to come for conventions in Arcachon, Residence on a two minute walk from the Convention Centre.
In order to have more flexibility for arrivals and departures I provide all maintenance products to make my studio as clean as possible and I will complete course before the arrival of new tenants. Everyone is a winner because no cleaning fee and the apartment is found often open earlier than planned

Séjour très agréable et reposant dans un merveilleux cadre

Idéalement situé (accès direct à la plage d'Eyrac), au calme, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce très beau studio, agencé avec goût et bénéficiant d'une vue époustouflante sur le bassin. Nous conseillons la visite à l'Office du Tourisme (proche de la gare SNCF) où vous trouverez notamment tous les fascicules des lignes de bus. Petit train pour visiter la ville conseillé également. Appartement orienté nord-est, il n'est jamais en plein soleil, ce qui est idéal en cas de fortes chaleurs (ventilateur à disposition). Copropriété calme, gérée par un gardien présent ou joignable quotidiennement. Madame DARIO a tout fait pour nous permettre de passer un merveilleux séjour (comme la poussette pour les courses fournie, à notre demande). Supermarché Leclerc à 500 m. Excellente boulangerie à 50 m à gauche en sortant de la résidence (côté rue). Excellente literie. Les lits superposés sont plutôt destinés à des personnes de moins d'1m70. Balcon-terrasse permettant d'y manger à quatre, sur une très belle table en marbre. Ménage à faire par vos soins en fin de séjour, Mme DARIO fournit les produits d'entretien. Pour conclure, nous regrettons de ne pas pouvoir y revenir l'année prochaine, la taille présumée de notre fils ne sera plus en adéquation avec celle du lit superposé ! Encore merci pour tout à Mme DARIO !

Un appartement idéalement placé a la fois proche du centre et au calme, les pieds dans l'eau. Une place de parking permettant d'oublier la voiture. Patricia nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Hôte et appartement au top.

Un séjour de rêve

Des vacances les pieds dans l'eau à deux pas de tout. L'accueil à l'arrivée a été très chaleureux. Le logement était très agréable avec des équipements de qualité et la mer comme panorama chaque matin au réveil. Que demander de mieux pour se sentir pleinement en vacances?

Le studio idéal

Face au Bassin avec un accès direct à la plage sans rue à traverser. Le paysage est magnifique comme l'environnement vert et fleuri. Merveilleux séjour dans un beau studio La propriétaire est très aimable et attentionnée .5/5 +++++
