The studio is located on the port of Hyères, facing the Mediterranean sea, with a superb view of the Hyères islands. It has a parking space. The first beach (La Potinière) is 400 meters away.

Many restaurants and shops are open year-round. The studio is easily accessible from Toulon-Hyères international airport or from the SNCF train station in the city of Hyères.

The studio was refurbished in 2012 by incorporating all the necessary modern comforts (TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen). It has 4 sleeping places (convertible sofa and 2 bunk beds). An air conditioning system was installed in 2017.

Appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé avec une superbe vue sur le port de Hyères. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien insonorisé. Dommage pour la clim que nous n'avons quasiment pas pu utiliser car trop bruyante + odeur désagréable. La place de parking est un plus.

Zweckmäßiges kleines Appartement in optimaler Lage (v. a. wenn man zur Regatta z. B. in Hyères ist), modernes sauberes Bad, Schlafcouch aber mit richtiger Matratze, Doppelstockbett im Eingangsbereich. Wirklich toller Blick über den Hafen und die vorgelagerten Inseln und wenn man früh aufsteht einem schönen Sonnenaufgang :) Wir wurden von Martine sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt (Merci Martine!). Abends kann es durch die Restaurants unter der Loggia schon mal zu einer Geräuschkulisse durch Restaurantgäste kommen, hat uns aber nicht gestört und war uns vorher schon bewusst.

Bright and modern studio with a phenomenal view

We very much enjoyed staying in this bright and modern studio apartment. Everything is well arranged in style and the kitchen is greatly equipped. The convertible sofa is super comfortable. A supermarket, boulangerie, shopping and cafés are only a few steps outside the apartment building. You can’t really top the incredible view out on the waterfront with its many boats and the golden islands greeting you in the far distance. If you don’t mind some sounds and music at night time coming from close-by bars, this is the perfect place to enjoy some great days at the Côte d’Azur. Merci bien Jean-Christoph and Nathalie for providing such a nice place for us to stay.
