Guests at Studio7 have access to the fully fenced
front area and garden
and the 2Bedroom studio is facing to the back of the Block

to the Back beach or walk down the road to the
Main beach and Park
The Offshore coffee shop/ bakery is just down the road from the studio and a
5min walk to the Lancelin town centre and shops

Pet's are most welcome at the studio

The Entrance gate and fence is 1.30m in hight
The Front and Side fence is a mix of 1.5m to 1.8m in hight
Adjacent to the front fence is a 30meter x 30meter grass area, front block
and then the road to the Main beach
There is no dog door
Main Entrance door is a glass sliding door

Please bring your pets bedding and everything else needed
