Spacious LUXURY Villa with stocked kitchen,WiFi, Ask about 2025 special rates.

We do extra cleaning and disinfecting in the villa to make it clean and ready for our guests. A Luxury Villa located across the street just a few steps from the ocean. This villa is a Penthouse villa located on the 4th floor with an awesome view of the ocean sunsets, great ocean breeze and very peaceful. No noisy guests staying above you.The villa has a large open floor plan with a huge, fully stocked kitchen, granite counters, a free standing freezer and 8 bars stools. The dining area has a cottage table and 8 chairs. As you move into the den/living room there is a large over sized sectional and a 60' flat screen TV. There is also another area that has a full bed / twin bed combo and a 32' flat screen TV. Perfect for kids or extra bedding. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, TV and full bath Lastly is the Master bedroom with a king bed, TV and full bath. There is also a large balcony with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. We also have a washer and dryer for your use. The villa has upscale bedding, very comfortable beds and is a true Luxury Villa. We have WiFi, a shared pool and hot tub and a grilling area with 4 grills and a picnic table for our guests to use. This is a NO SMOKING villa. Smoking is not allowed in the villa or balcony.

Perfect layout for families! Location was great. Accommodations exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen as well as having linens, beach towels and chairs. Loved it and will stay here again! Host was very responsive and helpful.

AWESOME VACATION

The property was clean and in an excellent condition. The location. was GREAT! The owner came by to introduce herself and to let us know that they were trying to fix the elevator. We understood the situation. Highly recommended.

Great Stay

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was able to accommodate our large family with room to spread out. The location was ideal for several trips to and from the beach with small children and older parents (you do have to cross a road that can be busy at times). Our host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Spacious

The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and then some. Lots of room to accommodate everyone. You can tell the owners have taken great care and pride in their Villa.

The host thought of just about everything. The kitchen was fully loaded with key essentials, and the counter space was fabulous. Plenty of towels for personal use and for the beach. I would definitely tell others about this unit.

The villa was awesome.

Lori is an amazing host. She responds immediately to any questions. Our family loved the villa. The villa is so tastefully decorated and stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderfully relaxing. We loved our stay and would recommend the villa as the perfect vacation place to stay.

All you need to do is kick back and relax

My family and I had such a great time. The apt basically had everything we needed and beyond. The beach chairs and towels are such a treat. We felt spoiled. Location is great just a few steps from the beach. Great restaurant recommendations. My kids loved the Grumpy Monk just a few blocks away. We will definitely be coming back again.

Family vacation with a huge bonus 2024

Planned a family vacation with a huge bonus. We got meet my daughter and her two children. This was a 25 year plan in the making. Location of the villa was excellent, just a hop and skip across the street. The pool was well used by the kids. Really close to plenty of things to do. Villa had plenty of room for us (6 adults, 2 children and a newborn). The kitchen being stocked, so all you needed was the food. Just really enjoyed making new memories. All communication between the host and VRBO was fast. Even had a little issue with leaving something behind and Lori was able help quick fast and a hurry. Will definitely keep this on the list for the next trip. Thanks

What an amazing week! The rental was exactly as described! Didn’t need to contact the host at all during the stay. The rental was spacious and had everything needed. Location was great. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect family vacation!

Our family really enjoyed this large, comfortable, tastefully decorated condo with a view of the ocean from our top floor balcony. We were fortunate to have perfect weather (sunny, mid 80’s, and a lovely breeze), and it was a quick drive to our favorite attractions and restaurants, and a very short walk over to the beach. Plenty of space and kitchen tools to make great meals in, as well. Our elderly pets appreciated being included, and the elevator made everything easy to get in and out. We would definitely consider this condo for another visit. Our 7 year old grandson pronounced it “the best beach week ever!” Thank you so much, Lori!

Spring Break 2024

This place is just as it’s described on the site. Sufficient space for all of my family (9). The entire place was clean. Plenty of EVERYTHING. You won’t need anything but your clothes, food, and laundry detergent. Beds were comfortable. Parking was convenient. The beach is only a walk across the street. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I only had one issue with the door code. But the host answered my call and worked it out expeditiously! I’d most definitely stay here again!!!!!

Loved this condo. It had everything we needed and more. The location is great and only a short walk across the highway to the beach. Greatly appreciated all the extra little conveniences the owners provided including beach towels and chairs. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Myrtle Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The extra refrigerator and chest freezer was really convenient to store food for the week. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach was a short walk across the street and the place was centrally located to a bunch of Myrtle Beach fun. The beach towels, beach chairs, and wagon, were extremely convenient especially since we flew down to the beach this year. Overall, I would recommend this place and come back another time.
