View 21 is the ultimate escape in the Blue Mountains — perfect for a few days or weeks away, ideal for three couples or a large family.
This architecturally designed home offers a blend of luxury, privacy, and relaxation, featuring a fully tiled indoor heated swimming pool (28°C) and spa (38°C), a gourmet Gaggenau-equipped stainless steel kitchen, an enclosed BBQ area with a Weber BBQ, and breathtaking views over the Blue Mountains and surrounding national park.

There are three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own in-floor heated bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, while the third offers two king single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its TV.

The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the terrace, creating the perfect setting for entertaining or unwinding while enjoying the ever-changing light over the landscape. The lounge room also features a TV with access to Netflix.

Situated between the main terrace and the dining room, the enclosed BBQ kitchen enables guests to enjoy gourmet BBQs in any weather.

Guests have general access to the entire property, except for the garage, storage, and other areas marked as private.

Location
Only 2.5 km from the village but a world away from trains and traffic noise, your only disturbance is the roar of the butterfly wings.

Located on the National Park edge with glorious mountain vistas, it is only a stroll to the golf course and a short drive to all the Blue Mountains attractions.

The maximum number of people accommodated at View 21 is six, plus one child under 1 year old. We reserve the right to evict guests without a refund if the number of guests exceeds this limit.

Great family get away

Highly recommend this property for a family or ladies weekend away. The property is spacious, warm with a functional kitchen. The pool and spa is incredible along with the views of the bushland.

Beautiful view

This location was in a beautiful location. Out the back the view of the bush was amazing. We saw lots of exotic birds. The spa was wonderful and contact with the owners was easy.

This place is next level, felt like your own private hotel. From time of booking to departure both Lily and Yuko have been clear with communication. Early check in late check out was made available. Amazing views!

We had a great stay at View 21. There are so many wonderful aspects of this house!The views are the amazing! There are breath taking views from the living area and the bedrooms. We could’ve easily never have left the property! The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and was well equipped. The pool was fantastic as the weather was very hot for our stay. I have recommended this property to many friends and I would love to go back again!

Relaxing Getaway

This is a beautiful getaway place to spend with the family. Quiet with breathtaking scenery. Everything you need is here, no need to leave the house. Pool, spa, wood fire and all the amenities. Fantastic property

The indoor pool was a life saver for the rainy weekend it kept the kids entertained a they weren’t so bothered with the weather. We also had a visit from 6 cockatoos all lined up on the balcony which was so lovely! Amenities were great, rooms comfy and it was nice and warm with the fire!
