One of the best family holiday experieneces of our lives. Vicky was very responsive and the location was stunning. We were able to cook brownies from the well stocked kitchen, and the stroll to the Bowling Club was not only enjoyable, but incredidibly tasty pizza!

Perfect tranquil location. House was exceptional and have every possible amenity required. The communication was also top notch. Cannot recommend this beautiful part of the world enough. I would not hesitate to book again

Beachside deluxe

A lovely well equipped home in a beautiful tranquil place right on the beach. We loved using the kayak, catching fish and lazing on the beach. Dangar island is such an escape from the city which made it an ideal place for our family to reunite and relax. Sitting around the fire pit at night after a bbq was an additional treat.

Great getaway

The house is well appointed and has everything you need to have a relaxing break from the hustle of city life. Even in the dead middle of winter the kids were brave enough to use the provided kayak and jump in the water. Vicki was a great communicator. Will definitely come again for the unique island experience.

Lovely beach front house

Dangar island is a special place for us and we go there often, this beach house didn’t disappoint at all! It has a lovely morning light coming in, soft sound of the waves, beautiful views and a very pleasant garden. The house is bright, clean and well equipped with everything you need, including lots of toys for the kids. We hope to go back soon :)

Hidden paradise

I loved staying at the beach house on Dangar island. The location is perfect, the home is stunning, everything works and there are no issues and island is easy, there is no pressure to do anything...truely island time. Watching the tide was the best part of the day.

Dangar Island

We had a magnificent, relaxing stay at Vicki's place on Dangar Island. The house was clean and well equipped for a relaxing family holiday. We rented a small boat from Brooklyn which allowed us to explore the Hawkesbury with ease. Even without the boat, there was plenty to entertain all ages -- exploring the island, fishing, kayaking, reading, board games, children playing on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Vicki for being a wonderful host!

Fabulous house in a great location

We spent a weekend here and it was just perfect. The location by the beach is great and it's also easy to get to. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The downstairs area is great for entertaining and socialising, or for just relaxing. A nice place with everything included. We will return :)

My family revisited Dangar last weekend after many years.We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this this property made it all the more special. It was perfectly presented with everything you could possibly need and the beach location was the best. We cant wait to return!

Absolutely outstanding

Dangar Island is something special and held my 50th birthday at the Bowling Club.... from the sounds of flutes being practised to the amazingly friendly residents, visitors and staff.. its an unbelievably enjoyable experience. The house is really well positioned, completely appointed and beautifully decorated with fantastic spaces for a family or a few couples, with beach access at the front gate. We hired a tinnie for the weekend and were able to anchor up right in front of the house. We also used the ferry that ran like clockwork which is a great alternative. One of the best stays we’ve had as a family... loved it, loved it, loved it
