The Royal Beach Pad is a modern and luxurious home situated a stones throw away from the beautiful Culburra surf beach.

Hear the sounds of the crashing waves from the balcony and the upstairs front bedrooms whilst experiencing the calming ocean breeze coming in from the north east.

The house is designed to take advantage of the calming sea breeze whilst ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

The house is furnished with modern luxurious decor which is what you would expect to kick back and relax at a 5 star luxury self contained accommodation.

With all the modern convenience and latest technology that will compliment your luxurious stay including fast and reliable WiFi broadband, flat screen televisions and home theater systems in all living areas, including Apple TV and more.

The main bedroom has an en-suite and is a retreat away from others with a large flat screen HD TV and blue-ray player. The Queen bedroom also has a flat screen TV where guests can watch TV while taking the North easterly breeze and sound of the waves crashing in the evening.

Days will be spent swimming, fishing, lazing on the hammock or lounging on the swinging egg chair simply sitting back with a refreshment in hand taking soaking in the pleasant Northeasterly ocean breeze.

The main suite has a comfortable King bed, single seat lounge and walk in wardrobe with en-suite, Bedroom two has a comfortable queen bed and single seat lounge. Bedroom three has one bunk bed and the capacity to utilise additional roll-away beds (for an additional fee) so the whole family can be accommodated

Multiple bathroom and toilet facilities facilities means the house is great for shared accommodation too.

Let kids enjoy the spacious lower level equipped with lounges which convert to additional sofa beds and TV area (large flat screen HD TV, and DVD including games systems such Nintendo Wii, XBOX and Sony Playstation 3.

Enjoy use of the outdoor entertaining area with covered pergola, Weber BBQ while kids play in the private, spacious and safe garden area equipped with a massive 14 ft trampoline and enough space for kids to ride, their bikes, scooters and skateboards.

5 Seater Spa available at request (for an additional fee to cover the cleaning and chemical costs)

Enjoy a game of table tennis while enjoying the cross breeze coming through shores.

Keep fit using the well equipped Gym which includes professional Precor Step Machine, PreCor Cross Trainer and Recumbent exercise bike.

Perfect getaway

Ali's retreat is the perfect family getaway. It's close to beaches, playground and a short drive or 15 min walk to shops. The home is amazing he has gone above and beyond with all the little luxury touches in each room. Can't wait to book another stay.

Family Christmas Trip

Booked this property for our family of four for Christmas and it didn’t not disappoint! Culburra Beach was across from the house and a very short stroll. So great to take the kids multiple times throughout the day and not need to worry about driving, wonderful! The house itself was great with multiple rooms and all linen and towels. Jacuzzi was an amazing plus! Only downside of the house was their was no aircon in the bedrooms and nights got quite hot so sleeping was not wonderful due to the heat. The house also did not give you any access to pantry/staples. Also notable that the heart of Jervis is a 30min drive away so if you’re wanting close access to restaurants and activities this house is a bit far.

Beautiful and relaxing retreat

We were a group of 9. The house was absolutely awesome. We had a wonderful time. The location is just a short stroll to the beach and is unbeatable for convenience. The Woolworths is a 30 second drive away. The modern decor and standard of furniture and bedding made it the most comfortable holiday house we have stayed in. It really felt like home. The living areas and bedrooms were perfect. The house flows perfectly living areas opening to the large kitchen, dining and private gardens. The layout meant we could have friends stay with us and still maintain privacy. The split levels meant that the kids had their own private space and could disappear to watch TV or play games and devices in the downstairs living room. We brought the Weber BBQ up to the dining room balcony and made great use of the open plan area and kitchen to entertain. Our favourite spot was sipping cold drinks on the balcony while enjoying the sun, swinging in the hammock, reading, gazing out at the beautiful cockatoos and rozellas which visit the pristine garden in the mornings. The kids truly loved the endless activities available for them to do (they were never bored) such as the huge trampoline, basketball ring, table tennis and riding the bikes and scooter (left by the owners) in the generously sized private garden. This is a great luxurious beach pad if you don't want to pay extra $$ for the ocean views. The owner was very responsive and accommodating with any requests. We will definately be recommending to our friends and coming back again.
