Your suggestions about a mattress topper, a dishwasher and easier dog access to the backyard are appreciated. We look forward to hosting you again.

Thank you for your feedback. We take these claims seriously and must clarify that **we do not offer or send incentives for 5-star reviews**. Any suggestion otherwise is incorrect. All reviews shared by guests are voluntary and reflect their personal experiences. We maintain a firm policy against review incentives to preserve transparency and fairness for all future guests. Regarding the property itself, we appreciate you noting the cleanliness. The home is professionally styled and fitted for short-term rental use, not as a lived-in private residence, which is common and appropriate for holiday accommodation. Kitchen inventory, including scissors and knives, is regularly checked and replaced as needed, and we encourage guests to notify us during their stay if any item is missing or not functioning so it can be promptly addressed. The layout of the property, including the configuration of the second bedroom and backyard access, is clearly stated in the listing. Guests are expected to review these details before booking to ensure suitability for their specific needs. We appreciate constructive feedback when it reflects the terms and facts accurately, and we remain committed to providing a fair and high-standard experience for all guests.

Hi Jason, unfortunately we're not able to control the actions of a member of the public. Not something we could foresee and not something we could prevent. You didn't call us when this first occurred, you called us the second day when you said he had come back. Our property management team responded to your call both professionally and friendly, taking your concern into account. The owners were called straight away to let them know and had it sorted so you wouldn't need to worry about being disturbed. Problem solved within 2 minutes. To state that our team were dismissive of your concerns is a false statement in every sense. The man who turned up to tell you the man would not be back and mow the lawn was actually the owner, who was, for your comfort trying to do the right thing. Leaving early was unnecessary and your choice. Your experience does not reflect the usual guest satisfaction at this property.
