Fantastic location overlooking the park and only 100 metres flat walk to the beach, cinema and cafes.

Immaculately presented, modern luxury 3 bedroom apartment with all mod cons.

Single level living with level access from the garage this upstairs unit is ideal for the elderly and families with small children.

Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The deck features a fabulous awning which comes out across the roof of the deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Ceiling fans throughout also.

Kitchen has all Miele appliances. Large living area with a separate TV/reading room. Large outdoor entertaining deck. Large flat screen TV with Foxtel and DVD player in the main lounge area plus another TV/DVD player in the TV/reading room.

Main bedroom has a queen size bed with fantastic ensuite featuring a deep bath and shower.

Main bathroom has a shower and bath. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two singles. There is also an extra powder room plus a separate laundry.
Sleeps 6.

Undercover security parking for two cars.

Provided : Internet, tea-towels/bathmats/doona covers [linen ie pillow cases, bottom sheets and top sheets, can be provided on request for a small charge]

2. Schoolies, Hen or Buck’s Party Bookings are not accepted. Parties and large get togethers ARE NOT permitted without special approval by the owner.

3. Pets are NOT permitted.

4. This is a No Smoking Property.

5. The tenant is liable for any breakages and damage to the property. Those costs may be deducted from the bond.

6. The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to any of the guest’s property left on premises.

7. Lost garage keys attract a fee of $150.

Edge apartment

Beautiful, well-presented apartment. Lots of room for group of 6. Well-stocked with a range of equipment (though a clothes airer would be useful as nothing else available on which to dry clothes). Everything was very clean except for the bbq. We had a hiccup on arrival as, for some unknown reason, the agent did not have the arrival pack ready. They were full of apologies.

Originally from the UK I moved to Australia in 1998 and fell in love with Avoca Beach. It's the best surf beach around in my opinion.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Avoca Beach since we met 20 years ago. Our children have loved playing in the unique child friendly rock pool and we love the cafes on the beach front.

What makes this property unique

Immaculate, sunny, 2 minutes 100m flat walk to the beach. Surf heard on the balcony and sea glimpse from balcony.
