the place was very clean and furnished so beautifully it had a great positive and cozy atmosphere. Overall was a great place especially the location too with everything close by. But we did notice a few different things from the photos and descriptions that were not the same as what was in the house which was abit disappointing but over all will definitely recommend

Awesome Experience - Perfect

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing house - right on the lake. Beautiful views, wonderful host, outstanding decorations, very modern interior (with updated bathrooms), great kitchen and more. So amazing. We had a great time, and the property is close to the beaches, and convenient to local shops. My wife even said, "This is the best VRBO we have ever rented." That says it all.

Girls annual get together

We had a fantastic stay! A really stunning spot in the Central Coast. The house was the perfect blend of cozy, comfy and spacious, with beautiful decor that made it feel like a true home away from home. The property is in a great location—just a short drive to cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants, plus you can take lovely walks along the lake. The views were breathtaking, and the host Tess thought of every detail to make us feel welcome. Whether it was enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony or relaxing in the comfy living room, this place truly felt like a retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful House

My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. The house is so beautiful and cosy. A lot of thoughts and love have gone into the design and we appreciated the little touches all through. The kitchen is marvellous, with everything we need and very functional. The location is beautiful and Tess is very prompt replying any questions we have. The photos don't do justice to the house, it is so much more beautiful. We totally enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Spectacular view, very convenient location

We stay over the Easter Break as a group of 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single lady). All three bedrooms are specious in size, comfortable beds and own ensuite for each bedroom is just a bonus. Close to the shopping area, we were lucky enough to stay during warm and sunny weather and went for a walk every morning in the park walk lane. Great pantry with all cutlery, spices, souces and coffee machine. Great BBQ area, and we enjoyed verandah a lot with such a beautiful view. We haven't even used the lounge room at all. We felt in love with the verandah area! The Spa is there, but we haven't used it. It's very relaxing and enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend it.

Girls Getaway

We had an excellent 3 night stay at this property! 2 of my girl friends and I each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was clean and so beautifully decorated plus it had all the household items we would need and more! Upon arriving it smelt like a day spa and there was a welcome folder and chocolates! The location was perfect, right on the lake, with a coffee shop up around the corner. Due to the poor weather, we did a spot of ahopping at nearby Erina Fair and the house had Netflix, so we watched a few movies! The owner ensured we settled in ok with a message and gave clear easy instructions on accessing the house. The outsoor spa was also delightful!! Would highly recommend this property for families or small groups of friends, its perfect! We will return!

Lovely weekend away

My family stayed here on a short beach trip. Beautiful location, lovely house and very close to a large number of swimming and surfing beaches. House was very well supplied, beds very comfortable and lots of showers. The outdoor spa was a big bonus.

Magnificient Property

The location of the property is unique it overlooks the lake. The owner couldn't be more accomodating with our request to arrive early as well as her much apprecitaed offer to arrange a late check out. The Property has every utility you might ever need and there much have been quite some thought into it to make anyone to appreciated this. Our stay was supurb and comes with our highest recommendation.

Quiet and convenient

The house was fantastic and perfect for our stay. The view was amazing, location perfect, and use of the bikes and kayaks a real bonus. We loved cycling to the local cafe and relaxing in the spa watching the sunset. Definitely recommend this place for a family stay.

Family Holiday Bliss

The property was exactly as described with gorgeous tranquil views of the lake. The lake is at the property's doorstep. I stayed with my elderly parents, my sister's family, my 4 year old niece and 2 year old son. We brought an assortment of toys for the kids to play with but there was so much to do just outside the front door, and so much space to run around on the balcony that we didn't unpack a thing. Tess was extremely attentive and helpful with all my questions. All in all, it was just a delightful stay - I am hoping to find a way to come visit again soon :).

Host went the extra mile!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. The lounge/dining/kitchen was a really comfortable and stylish place to relax and the large deck provided lots of added space. The northerly aspect was perfect and the view was beautiful. There were lots of games for the kids to play. And the hot tub was a big hit. We didn’t use the kayaks as it rained most of the time we were there but we cycled the path around the lake daily. The hosts were outstanding and went the extra mile to help us with every request we made. Highly recommended.
