CHELMSFORD COTTAGE is located in lovely quiet leafy East Tamworth, 3 minutes by car from Tamworths' CBD, with a bus stop only 2 doors away. 3 blocks from a new Woolworths & Dan Murphys, medical centre & pharmacy. All linen, towels & continental breakfast food is provided.

The cottage sleeps 8, 3 queen rooms & 2 singles.
We have a full modern kitchen, renovated european laundry/bathroom with a walk in shower. We have just completed another renovation offering a brand new bathroom with bath & shower and an extra bedroom making Chelmsford 4 bedroom. There are 3 toilets in all at this property.
There is a lovely deck with bbq & outdoor setting.
The linen & towels supplied are of a high quality.
If you require the portacot please specify as it is an extra one of fee of $15 for any duration of time.
There is NO BOND required
The cottage has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning plus electric blankets during winter.
Parking is off street & under cover, only metres from the back door.
