This brand new home in heart of the peaceful residential area of Cape Rise is the perfect getaway for families and friends alike. With a child friendly playground & park at the end of the street, plus a short stroll to the shallow pristine beaches of the bay, cafes and shops, this location has something to suit everyone.

The home itself has been finished off with exquisite fixtures & fittings, and with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The master bedroom complete with a queen bed, is comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful en-suite. The remaining bedrooms are also a generous size, with 2 other rooms containing queen beds, and the smaller rooms with 2 king single bunks.

The bathroom shared between these bedrooms boasts gorgeous floor to ceiling marble titles, featuring a large shower recess, plus a deep bath, perfect for a long soak at the end of a busy day exploring the region.

A brand new designer kitchen, makes it perfect for entertaining, opening through to the bright and comfortable living/dining area. The inside entertaining areas open right out onto the under cover alfresco area via bi-folding doors making it perfect for all year outdoor entertaining.

As if that wasn’t enough ....... there is a games room that can be shut off from the living area making a quiet retreat for parents to read a book and unwind, or for the children to watch a movie during down time. There is also a pool table great for entertaining the adults, or older kids.

Booking Conditions
A refundable security bond applies to all bookings.
Minimum 2 night stay required all year, apart from 3 night minimums for all long weekends.
Longer stays required for Easter & Christmas holidays (4-7 nights depending on dates).

Perfect Family Retreat

Size, Location, Amenities, Furniture and the Alfresco area made for a very memorable stay. The Large bedrooms and comfortable beds gave us the comfort we needed. The Host was warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this property and will condider staying again when the opportunity presents.

It was a great home and had everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great back yard for kids. Shame you can’t take your dog. It has a perfect safe yard for one.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

This spacious home was immaculately presented. We have stayed in a number of high end holiday homes in Dunsborough, many at a higher cost. This property surpassed our expectations on every level. As well as beautifully appointed, the soft furnishings,bedding and towels were of a high standard. We also loved the outdoor area and garden. Perfect to keep a 3 and 7 year old occupied. Book this home you won’t be disappointed.

Huge family holiday home

Very spacious modern 5-bedroom holiday house with lots of shared space and outdoor area, plus games room and huge garage. Well set up for our week with 8 adults and 4 children. Very helpful landlord. Highly recommended.

Lovely Stay at a modern house

Lovely stay in dunsborough. The house is as listed, plenty of space in the house for groups of friends or family. The owner was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend.

Oasis in Cape Rise

Such a beautiful home in a nice area. We were a very large family and the house was so spacious, we all had our own space. Lovely, big & well equipped kitchen and outdoor area, perfect for entertaining. If we ever come back again in a large group we’ll stay again for sure!

HUGE house, great location

Had a great time. The house is huge, spotless, and very well equipped with kitchen ware etc. It's a quiet street with a fabulous little park down the road and really easy to get into town or out to all the sights. Owner was really easy to contact and lovely to deal with. We'd definitely consider staying here again.
