Away from the Tourist Crowds

A lovely stay in a well equipped and comfortable villa. The location was close enough to Dunsborough to be convenient but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil bushland setting.

A really well appointed property in a great location to town. Plenty of room and entertainment options, and was great for relaxed mornings. We were down in winter but the villa was always cozy.

Recharged and enjoyable!

I was looking for a quiet place to recharge from my work life and it this place did not disappoint. The place was neat and quiet. I really enjoyed being able to look out into the bush area as I have my meals. The owner was highly accommodating and attempted to be as flexible as possible. Highly recommend if you are a single traveler and just needing a place to recharge over the weekend =)

Brilliant, relaxing, modern and spotless!

This villa is exceptional quality, modern, clean and in a great location, nestled amongst the trees.. It is just a 15 minute walk through the tranquil bush to Dunsborough. Everything is provided for a lovely comfortable stay. This is our second stay and we enjoyed it immensely. We'll be back!

Caves Rd stay

Very good location to visit the surrounding area, 1 minor fault ( nothing to do with the accommodation) it’s very dark when driving at night to see the entrance to the site, some better access lighting would be good

The villa is very conveniently located a 2 min drive from Dunsborough city centre. Both bedrooms were a good size with identical bathrooms. Kitchen/dining/living space was spacious for 2 people or cosy for 4. Nice amenities. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout my stay :)

Great Stay

Very close to town centre. Very comfortable. Seems to switch off TV, change to a different channel, then switch off. TV is rather oldish model.
