You will want to come back time and time again to Aqua 21 for those quick down south getaways or holidays with the family! Positioned in a beautiful and peaceful bush setting, conveniently only 1km from the Dunsborough Town Centre yet far enough away to escape to peace and quiet anytime!

Easy walk to Dunsborough along scenic, tree lined pathway.

Aqua 21 is no ordinary villa, it is exceptionally large throughout and was designed to be wheelchair accessible with extra width doorways/hallways, oversized bedrooms, and bathroom. This villa can easily accommodate a couple, a family of 4 or even 2 couples, it is very versatile.

Upon entry, you are greeted by soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and an enormous open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining that further extends through glass sliding doors to the rear shaded Alfresco entertaining area, complete with outdoor setting and BBQ.

The room also features R/C A/C for heating and cooling all year round, Samsung 75inch Smart TV, modular lounge with ottoman, large dining table central to the exceptionally well-equipped Kitchen. Stainless Steel dishwasher, gas cooking, oven and fridge together with abundant cabinetry, crockery and cookware.

The modern bathroom is fitted out with a crisp white vanity, oversized shower recess and is centrally positioned between both bedrooms.

The 2 king sized bedrooms are very spacious and both boast great natural light, expansive built-in cabinetry, flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 features a King bed, side tables and lamps, Bedroom 2 features 2 x King single beds (which can remain separate or pushed together to form a King bed) side tables and lamps.

The Laundry features a washing machine, wall mounted dryer, ample cabinetry, bench space and sink.

Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
As there is no roadside rubbish bin collection, the inspector will empty the green sulo bins, therefore please ensure all rubbish is bagged up when placed in the green sulo bin on your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Surrounded in forest, the property was exceptionally roomy, in a great location, very close to everything yet surrounded only in nature. Outdoor area is such a bonus. Felt very private. Was easily accessible for wheelchair user.

Amazing ! Cannot fault the property as it had everything we needed and was the perfect size. Much larger than I thought and the interior styling was beautiful. Really keen to stay again if we are going on holiday and would recommend.

Lovely little place

The villa was a great size for our short stay, had everything we needed and beds were super comfy. Only complaints would be the DVD player didn’t work (not a huge deal but on the colder evenings would have been nice to snuggle down on the sofa for a family movie night) and the floors felt a bit dirty, again nothing really bad just not as clean as I would have expected on us first arriving.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome. The property is beautiful, modern and clean. The management staff were excellent we reported an issue with the shower and they had maintenance out the next day to fix it. Highly recommend

Great place to stay. We loved it. Tv wasn’t working great and needed retuning every time we turned it on. Apart from that it was the perfect holiday location.
