Tarka is located in the popular Cape Villas, Dunsborough which is a unique tourist accommodation complex,  the complex has treed reserves on 3 sides and a meandering creek with unique fauna on the other side.
Inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom Villa offers comfort and convenience, featuring reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout for year-round comfort.
The spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming hub for family and friends, filled with natural light and modern finishes.
The living area offers a large comfortable modular lounge suite, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV,  dining table and chairs the well equipped kitchen also has two breakfast bar chairs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.
All three bedrooms have built in robes and ceiling fans, the master bedroom has an ensuite,  bedrooms 2 & 3 share the combined bathroom & laundry, each bathroom has complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.
Step outside to the expansive wooden deck, complete with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and a barbecue—perfect for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying the surrounding views.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
Green Bins & Recycling Bins are located in the courtyard at the end of the shared driveway for guest use. The centre caretaker will place the bins out for roadside collection on the designated day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must be 21 and over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Groups with one guest over 21 and the rest 18-20 will be declined.
We do not accept leavers/schoolies - even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
