**This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee, hand wash, toilet paper, firewood (in winter) and basic cleaning products is provided.**

Beautiful beachside cottages don’t get any better than this! From the inviting wrap around verandah overlooking the picture-perfect gardens, to the cool coastal interior; this home is so inviting that you may never want to leave.

Fully functional and well-equipped chef’s kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a gourmet holiday feast; including an electric oven, stovetop, microwave and nespresso coffee machine. With plenty of storage via overhead cupboards and a central island bench.

The inviting living zone will have you relaxing in comfort after a long day of fun South West activities; featuring a wood fireplace, split system a/c, smart TV and access to the decked verandah.

Adjacent dining room includes an extendable dining table to comfortably seat the whole family.

The secluded master retreat features a queen bed, split system a/c, built in robe & a wall mounted TV. The ensuite showcases a combined shower/tub, vanity with stylish above counter basin, gold tapware and gorgeous feature tiling.

A second guest bedroom offers a queen bed & ceiling fan

The third guest bedroom offers 2 sets of single bunk beds and built in robe

An additional bathroom features a shower, vanity and adjacent w/c

Laundry includes washing machine

Toasty fire pit with log seating for use in winter months

Manicured gardens and tall trees are a bird watches delight and a superb fenced lawned yard and trampoline are perfect for the kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very well located, walking distance to beach and town centre. It had nice lawn, garden, BBQ, trampoline and fire pit. The outdoor area was perfect for children. The house was clean but smaller than expected. No tumble dryer provided and with only one towel provided per person it was difficult to wash towels and get them dry. Main bathroom very small and located at the opposite end of the bedrooms in the house. Bedroom 2 lacked any wardrobe or shelving space and was a very small room. Lack of security for Bedroom 2 and 3 windows. Complimentary English breakfast teabags, salt and bathroom shower gel were not provided. An indoor fireplace available which kept the place warm on the cold days. It had reverse cycle split air-conditioning units in the living area and master bedroom.

Can't fault the location as it's a very short walk to town and the beach, a huge trampoline out the back for the kids, and a very well stocked kitchen. The garden was immaculate and allowed us to enjoy our afternoons outside on the patio and the fire pit. If we had to nit pick, having WIFI available would have been the icing on the cake but we survived fine without it. Thank you for a lovely stay!
