Holiday down south in this well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa located only minutes from the Dunsborough Township in the Cape Villa's complex.
The open plan living/dining area boasts plenty of space to move. The kitchen features modern appliances, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hotplate, plenty of crockery & cookware; allowing any budding chef to make a meal in a breeze.
The dining table will seat 4 guests, there are plenty of over head storage cupboards for all your supplies.
The lounge area as two lounge suites, reverse cycle air-conditioning flat screen TV, Wifi and a 'Mini Fetch' so you can log into your own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Stan.
The lounge area leads out to a small deck, are with Gas Barbecue, bar stools and wood 'bar table'.
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, bed side tables with lamps, & ceiling fan with an adjoining en-suite that is well appointed.
The Second Bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables with lamps & ceiling fan. The main bathroom is combined with the laundry, with a separate toilet.
This tranquil & modern home is in a great location, bordering a Reserve & is just an easy walk through treed pathways to the heart of Dunsborough

As there is no roadside rubbish bin collection, the inspector will empty the green sulo bins, therefore please ensure all rubbish is bagged up when placed in the green sulo bin on your departure.
