MOONDAH LODGE offers simple, well appointed accommodation suitable for anyone who likes a comfortable bed, a clean and functional room, and all the amenities one expects from a great accommodation facility. Our rates are determined by our proximity to the central hub of Dunsborough, the beaches and all the fantastic attractions that this region offers. The rates are also determined by the fact that you do not have to share your space with noisy caravan park or hotel revellers as Moondah offers private, secluded accommodation separate from the hosts main residence.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Moondah Lodge. The lodge was very comfortable and perfect for a weekend away. Being dog friendly was a happy perk so we could bring our pooch along also. Check in and out was easy, and Martina was very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay! :)

Mediterranean vibe

We've had a wonderful relaxing time at Moondah Lodge, lovely clean Mediterranean style villa with everything we needed provided. The location is great, really close to the town and beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect couple /dog friendly shortstay

Large comfortable bed. Everything provided and spotlessly clean with all thats required for a short stay. Thoughtful Host extra treats too. Lovely dog secure patio. Fantastic location- a few minutes drive to Dunsborough beach and an 8 minute stroll to the centre of Dunsborough.

Dunsborough weekend

Had a lovely stay at Monday lodge. It was clean, quiet and great location, away from the centre of town. Once we found all the paths it was an easy walk there and home each night ( with a torch!).

SW Visit

There's always some anxiety before staying in a new place, no need this time, the experience was great. Everything you could need was there, including things for breakfast, and probably more important a secure outside space for pets. We had a great time.

Moondah Magic

Moodah Lodge was the perfect stay for a weekend get away. Comfortable, clean and cosy, everything you need and the location was perfect, quiet cul-de-sac yet 5 min walk to the centre of Dunsborough. We will definitely be back. Thank you to our host Martina for making our stay such a memorable one.

Great holiday with our dog

Nice clean rooms, with a gorgeous and private outdoor area and lovely, simple breakfast included. Our dog was welcome, which was great and it was safe and secure for her. The accommodation was secluded from other guests and main house, yet all under the main roof. Very well thought out.

Gorgeous stay

The Moondah lodge was perfect for our short trip to Dunsborough with our small dog. Martina was a wonderful host, was easy to communicate with and even had fresh milk and yoghurt in the fridge for us which was such a lovely touch. The lodge is in a great location, just walking distance to town. We were so grateful to be able to bring our small dog as it can be so hard to find locations down south that allow pets. The lodge had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be staying here again☺️

Quick Getaway

It was a lovely place to stay. Everything we needed was provided plus the little extras you sometimes leave at home. Perfect location and lovely and relaxing for my dog and I. I felt perfectly safe there and was able to totally relax and unwind, just what I needed. Have already booked another slot later in the future. Loved it.

Pet Friendly!

When we arrived at the property with our dog the host was surprised we had a dog and accused me of not communicating and made us feel very unwelcome, she was confrontational about the fact that I had not advised her that we were bringing a dog. She advised that there would be a $10/night pet fee which I agreed to pay. The add on Stayz does not stipulate this as a requirement the add only advises up to two dogs and it is ok to leave the dog on the premise if it is well behaved. The host denied this statement although it is clearly spelled out in the add. We would not return as we felt on edge during our stay due to this confrontational welcome to the property.
