Nestled in the 50's vintage "Davis Shores" neighborhood in the heart of St. Augustine, the Cottage provides a comfortable place to wind down and also enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer! Blue Daze Cottage is an easy half-mile walk over the iconic Bridge of Lions right into the center of the Historic District where you can explore the history of oldest European settlement in America and also some of the newest trends in dining. You will appreciate the close proximity to area attractions such as St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, The Alligator Farm, the beach at Anastasia State Park, and The St. Augustine Ampitheatre all within 1.5 miles of the Cottage!

While not exploring the area, enjoy the quiet and relaxing surroundings of the lush Florida landscape on your private "Florida Room" porch or back patio, or take in a family movie on the oversized TV in the comfortable living area. You will find games and books for rainy afternoons and all the necessary supplies in the kitchen to cook up a family meal. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. Please keep this in mind, thank you!
