An island property, you are only one mile from our beautiful state park beach. Blue Haven is comfortable and charming. It has a wonderful spacious yard and a very tropical back porch for lounging and catching the breezes that flow between ocean and Intracoastal. You will love the hot tub to soak in after long days of playing at the beach and walking downtown as you explore the shops and fabulous restaurants. Just steps away, take a stroll down Anastasia Blvd and check out all the unique stores and variety of restaurants available to you, so very close by. For the health enthusiast you can check out Creative Kitchen and Juicy for healthy options like smoothies and juices and full on meals at Creative Kitchen. Lots of fun to be had on this strip of casual dining, miniature golf and more. Groceries can also be purchased close by which is perfect for a night in, in this cozy home with a great crisp and efficient kitchen, which owners have well stocked for your cooking pleasure. Blue

Cute little place, needs some maintenance. Surprised we were asked to strip beds ect with the hefty cleaning fee. Currain rod coming off wall in master, curtains coming down in guest, guest toilet loose and has a sand like substance daily due to deterioration, coffee mug had chip, bulbs out on hanging lights. Overall good experience. Bar behind fence loud Friday night.

Great Location close walk to town

Enjoyed being walking distance to St. Augustine at night without having to get caught up in all the traffic! Hot tub was nice.

Quaint and cozy

We had a lovely visit at the Flagler home. We appreciated all the fine details. It was easy to settle in and feel at home. The location is wonderful. Very close to many attractions and places to dine. We could not have had a better vacation and great experience overall.

Beautiful home with nice amenities

This property is gorgeous and well-maintained. Private, fenced-in backyard space is perfect for hanging out with your group, whether in the screened-in porch, the hottub, or around the firepit. (Circle K nearby sells bundles of wood.) Hottub was off when we arrived so if you intend to enjoy it on arrival day, make sure you turn it on right away or perhaps ask that is turned on for your check-in date. There is a bar to the rear of the house that had some intermittent noisy activity at night, but it couldn't be heard inside the house and it didn't bother us when we were outside. (We were actually relieved that we weren't the ones who would be too loud!) The fence locks so we also felt very secure in the outdoor area. Highly recommend for a group of adults or well-behaved older children. This is a nicely preserved older home and the property managers would like to keep it that way. Very close to a few local hotspots and historic downtown is walking distance (10-15 min). Property managers were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would return!

Another great St. Augustine stay

Blue Haven was a great rental for our St Augustine trip! As usual, working with the Proper group team was a 5 star experience. The only thing missing was a cork screw which we purchased and left for the next vacationers. We would gladly stay there again.
