Las Vegas 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Deluxe condo - near strip

The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Beautiful Condo!

This was the perfect place for our ‘ohana! The condo was clean, big enough for our family of 8. It was clean, customer service was awesome and quick, and we loved how spacious everything was. I will definitely try to stay here the next time we go to Vegas.

Fantastic stay!

This condo is perfect for a family. We were able to safely walk to the strip each day. Top golf was just across the street. We were comfortable in the spacious 2 bedroom rental, we had 6 total guests. Would stay again!

Beautiful property. Great staff. Only complaint was the room that we were given. Im assuming its because we declined the timeshare sales pitch they wanted us to sign up for. When you check in, ask for a different room if they tey and put you in tower 1, even room number, floors 4 or 5.

This was a great find when looking for an off strip property. - smoke free - free parking - comfortable beds - very friendly staff - grear shuttle to Harrahs - easy walk to the strip Very family friendly property, nice newly updated, even sofa bed was comfortable. Walls are a bit thin but a white noise app fixed that. Will totally stay here again!

The place was roomy and clean. We were disappointed with the lack and/or delay of the shuttle service. The front desk couldn't provide us with an accurate shuttle schedule. We would have liked more information about the hot spots upon arrival, we felt little rushed once we denied the timeshare offer.

Very comfortable stay!

We he never stayed at a time share resort before and were very happy with it. You had to have a room key to make the elevators go to your floor and we loved that. So many things for kids and adults to enjoy here on the resort. There were 8 in our party and the two bedrooms and full kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. The shuttle to The strip was so nice, we would absolutely stay here again! As long as you know it’s a time share and are ready for them to offer you a “free gift" then it’s easy to say no thank you and move one. This was incredibly family friendly, highly recommend.I only gave 4 stars for the check in because it does take a bit to get through them asking about your free gift and when you can review the property etc etc.Everyone here (including the VRBO contact) was very kind and helpful.

Stayed in the same tower both times. The convenience of the location, access to everything you need and the full kitchen and laundry is a huge plus!! We’ve stayed with adults and with kids and it was awesome with both. This unit, this time did have a strong smoking smell in a nonsmoking room which was a huge disappointment however the previous room we had was fine. Also the air turns off automatically after 2 days but a quick call to front desk and a technician fixed it in 10 minutes. We’ll stay here again for sure. Hopefully it will really be a non smoking room.

The place is spacious and the staff was very nice. Location is a bit far from the strip, though there's a shuttle that we used daily. Having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen was a big plus for us. The wifi wasn't very stable.

Very nice enjoyable stay. Check in was smooth. Far enough from the strip but yet close enough to do everything. Great pools and hot tubs. Free drinks daily. Came for a family wedding. Got to enjoy the football game with a few family members on Sunday as well. Staff was more than accommodating throughout our stay. Would stay here again .

Good location close to strip without the craziness, light and noise. Uber rides are cheaper and short. Check in was easy. Check out was easier - just a text. Host was very communicative and flexible. The property management sends you texts and you can ask questions, get help, and check out during your stay by continuing the text thread.The suite we got was big. However, the WiFi was not reliable, especially in the living room. We'd stay there again.

Definitely a good spot with kids

We were with 2 teenagers and didn’t want to stay in a casino. Our 2 bedroom was perfect. We were in Tower 3 which I liked. The beds were comfy. We never took the shuttle, just Lyft or Taxi and they were fast and reasonable (about 10). Bell service helped with our luggage as we had a lot. We only swam in the small pool at Tower 3 but it was fine for us. Definitely recommend if traveling with kids/teens!

Best deal in Las Vegas

We loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand Desert Resort because of quality price ratio was unbeatable. For the price of one room, we had a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with full kitchen, living room, and dining room. We also had access to 3 pools and other amenities plus free cocktails, and activities on site. There is also a shuttle service! Everyone were very friendly and helpful. It's a 10 out of 10!!!

Great business trip with all the luxuries

The room was as expected. I was pleased to find exactly the right amount of salt and pepper. At check in they do want to sell you a time share and you need to avoid the concierge. Linens were clean. Kitchen was clean. And supplies provided met our needs.
