Las Vegas 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Deluxe condo - near strip

The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Best deal in Las Vegas

We loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand Desert Resort because of quality price ratio was unbeatable. For the price of one room, we had a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with full kitchen, living room, and dining room. We also had access to 3 pools and other amenities plus free cocktails, and activities on site. There is also a shuttle service! Everyone were very friendly and helpful. It's a 10 out of 10!!!

Great business trip with all the luxuries

The room was as expected. I was pleased to find exactly the right amount of salt and pepper. At check in they do want to sell you a time share and you need to avoid the concierge. Linens were clean. Kitchen was clean. And supplies provided met our needs.

Very comfortable stay!

We he never stayed at a time share resort before and were very happy with it. You had to have a room key to make the elevators go to your floor and we loved that. So many things for kids and adults to enjoy here on the resort. There were 8 in our party and the two bedrooms and full kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. The shuttle to The strip was so nice, we would absolutely stay here again! As long as you know it’s a time share and are ready for them to offer you a “free gift" then it’s easy to say no thank you and move one. This was incredibly family friendly, highly recommend.I only gave 4 stars for the check in because it does take a bit to get through them asking about your free gift and when you can review the property etc etc.Everyone here (including the VRBO contact) was very kind and helpful.

The only thing I don’t like about this place is when you check in going over to the other desk to get a wristband and being sold stuff. Told then I wasn’t interested and they kept on asking.

Beautiful property. Great staff. Only complaint was the room that we were given. Im assuming its because we declined the timeshare sales pitch they wanted us to sign up for. When you check in, ask for a different room if they tey and put you in tower 1, even room number, floors 4 or 5.

Beautiful property for families

We traveled with our two teenagers. The room itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The property was perfect for families with the heated pools, theater, gaming rentals, and ping pong tables. Very luxurious hotel and we were surprised to see all the security on site. The shuttle was helpful to get you to the strip, but we walked a couple times and it only took 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was roomy and clean. We were disappointed with the lack and/or delay of the shuttle service. The front desk couldn't provide us with an accurate shuttle schedule. We would have liked more information about the hot spots upon arrival, we felt little rushed once we denied the timeshare offer.

Our hockey weekend

Our stay was from Thurs through Monday. Our property was located in Tower 1. A two bedroom, with kitchen with all the necessary necessities allowed us to eat our breakfast and lunch in the room with the food we brought from home. This was a great savings. I (We) felt it was reasonably priced as well. We all agreed we would certainly stay there again.Thanks Matt

Wyndham Grand Desert Stay - Dec 12 thru 15, 2024

The property manager was great and communicative. The check in process was fine until I was sent across the lobby for the hard sell on the time share presentations. I very nicely told the person that was trying to sell me on the presentations that I wasn't interested. He called his manager to apparently escalate the situation. I told the manager "I'm not interested in spending any time seeing any presentations and could I please have my wrist bands?" The manager started to tell me that the individual I was talking to was only 18 years old.... At that point I said, "I would just like my wrist bands, I'm not attending any presentation". He slammed the wrist bands down on the counter and said "fine" and walked away. Now, did this ruin my trip? No. However, this is the kind of thing that other folks who are less able to say no might find upsetting. Wyndham really needs to look at who they employ and how they treat customers. This was outright rude, and seemingly acceptable to Wyndham that customers can be treated in any manner if they don't agree to attend a timeshare presentation. Wyndham needs to worry about its reputation more.

Girls Trip for NFR and shopping

I couldn't believe how helpful everyone was on the staff. If you asked something they were overwhelmingly grateful to help. I was a bit scared to book, not knowing anything about Vegas, and was so pleasantly pleased when we arrived to find a place with cafes, a bar, market, pool, etc.

It was nice and clean the only issue was that it smelled like grease. I believe it’s because it was close to the deli on the 3rd floor which had a terrible smell of old grease.

This was the perfect place for our ‘ohana! The condo was clean, big enough for our family of 8. It was clean, customer service was awesome and quick, and we loved how spacious everything was. I will definitely try to stay here the next time we go to Vegas.

Birthday getaway

Property was clean, comfortable and included all the basics in kitchen and bath. Liked no requirements for checkout but load dishwasher and garbage removal. Possibly consider humidifiers as options. The shuttle back and forth to strip was convenient. This is a timeshare property so know you’ll be approached to participate in presentation.
