This home has been built with plenty of space for everyone and the contemporary decor has been chosen especially for your comfort and enjoyment. The extremely spacious lounge area is open plan style and combined with the dining and kitchen which all flow through to the outdoor entertaining and waterfront pool.

The cinema room provides you with comfortable cinema chairs to sit back, relax and take in a movie or you can utilise the pool table, table tennis table.

The outdoor BBQ and entertaining overlooks the sparkling pool and waterfront for your relaxation and enjoyment of the great Gold Coast lifestyle.

Beautiful, well equipped property

This is the second house we have rented from Elite Holiday Homes and it did not disappoint! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, Luxe on Lotus provided everything we needed. The service we received was superb. We will continue to use Elite Holiday Homes and save ourselves the time and frustration of researching other houses! We now know that all Elite properties are superb.

Perfect getaway!

I hosted 12 adults in this beautiful property. Although parties are banned by the GC council, we were able to enjoy the amenities of this property every night, until late, without any intervention. We loved the pool and outdoor area by day, and of a night we moved inside and took advantage of the cinema room, pool table and table tennis table. The rooms were huge, and beds were comfortable. The ensuites (most rooms had one) were amazing. I could not fault anything about this property and would highly recommend. Although the "no party" policy is well documented in this listing, as long as you keep it inside after hours and have some decency and respect, there is no reason why 12 adults cannot get 24/7 enjoyment out of this house!

Great House

This was a perfect property for a large family to stay. Enough space and entertainment for every age and walking distance to Pacific Fair. Only negative, which is easily fixed, was a tiny little chopping board, really needed a much bigger one. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome size

Had a wonderful 9 nights stay we are a group of golfers who come over here every 2 years and this house would be the best yet. Seperate rooms for everyone and ensuites for nearly everyone. Great outlook and really close to Broadbeach and Pac Fair

Brilliant Property

Thankyou Elite Properties and to all your team. My family and I (16 of us) had the most fabulous time for my 50th birthday. This property exceeded our expectations on many levels. A plethora of beautiful bathrooms, brilliant games room with pool table and ping pong which we all spent so much time laughing together in, the in house cinema room, well stocked kitchen and such a convenient location. 10 out of 10 from us for a great stay and especially awesome memories. Highly recommended!

Beautiful luxury property!

As 2 families who holiday together, Luxe on Lotus provided everything we needed: loads of space, a variety of living zones, a large outdoor entertaining area, and a pool to boot! Shops, beach and cafes were just a stroll away so everyone's tastes were well catered for. Definitely recommended for families who need space particularly those with tweens......

Beautiful Luxury

A beautiful and expansive home, fitted with all the extras you would need for the family to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with enough space to luxuriate in private and a convenient location that was a stones throw away from Surfers Paradise and all your shopping needs. With so many amenities and 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms we never felt closed in or like we were stepping on each others toes. The team at Elite were so brilliantly welcoming and understanding so I thank them for their hospitality.

Outstanding Holiday Venue

We had a terrific family get together at LUXE ON LOTUS.....16 people were accommodated in superb comfort. The facilities catered for all our needs....the theatre was a great hit for football fans. We also enjoyed our days sitting on the sun deck. So convenient to the beach, casino and shops.

Space, comfort, tranquility & quality!

We stayed at Luxe on Lotus recently, and must say that the house exceeded our expectations in every aspect. When looking at the photos on a website for a holiday rental, we often factor in a discount of what to expect when we arrive. However, in this case, the house was basically brand new. It was very contemporary, well maintained (everything worked as described) and clean. In my opinion, the photos did not do it justice. Definitely had a wow factor from the moment you enter the house. When I think of this house, several words come to mind. Space, comfort, tranquility and quality. With 8 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and massive living areas, the house is (let’s hear it Donald) “huge”. Most of the young and not so young ones really enjoyed the cinema and the rumpus room, while the rest of us spent a lot of time at the alfresco/deck area overlooking the crystal blue pool and the canal. It really was pure bliss. The location of Luxe on Lotus was spot on. Genuinely a close walk to cafe’s and dining options, as well as shopping at Pacific Fair. We were very happy at Luxe on Lotus. The management staff at Elite was great. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Another great Elite Holiday Home

For the second year in a row my golfing buddies and I stayed in an Elite Holiday Home. With 8 of us, the 8 bedrooms worked very perfectly. Luxe on Lotus had all the amenities and more. It is a short walk to Broadbeach and Jupiters and also had all the gear we needed to stay in and cook for ourselves. Excellent service once again from the Elite staff. We'll definitely be back for another go next year!

Really Luxurious!

We were a group of 3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids. The property was more than enough for us! All of us loved our stay there and the actual place looked better than in the pictures! All the ensuite bedrooms were large and comfortable, and each was decorated in a different coloured theme. The kids especially loved hanging out in the movie room. The kitchen was almost fully equipped (could do with a chopping board!!! It was a challenging trying to cut things up without one!) complete with a whole suite of child friendly cutlery and tableware. The property was extremely neat and clean when we checked in. We were able to use a central vacuum system to clean up during our stay, very convenient and fast! Lotus Key is super convenient - close to the casino and also to Pacific Fair as well as Oasis malls. Surfers' Paradise is just a couple of minutes down the road, so getting around was super easy. There's also a great breakfast/coffee place called Grocer & Grind down Sunset Blvd which we loved. One small issue we faced was that we were only provided with minimal amenities - 2 sachets of laundry and dishwashing powder, and tiny bottles of shampoo - which was barely enough for 12 persons. We had used them up by our 2nd day. So please prepare your own amenities including laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid.

Brilliant - highly recommended

My family had the joy of staying at this fabulous house over Christmas. It was perfect, the bedrooms were HUGE! Everything was in perfect working order (unlike other rentals we've stayed at in the past) and the venue properly catered for large numbers. We look forward to staying here again!

Fanastic property for lots of people

Loved our time spent at Luxe on Lotus. Plenty of room for lots of people to enjoy time together and time apart. The movie room, games room and pool were very much appreciated by the older and younger guests - it really bought everyone together. Having so many bathrooms for guests is just something you don't come across everyday - this is a speciality with Luxe on Lotus. Close to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair it's in a great area - easy walking distance to great restaurants and of course the beach! For the chefs - the kitchen is huge and well maintained. Quality pots and pans are included and lots of serving plates etc. Two fridges allowed plenty of room to keep plenty of food and drink. I would definetly recommend Luxe on Lotus - 5 stars!
