In Townsville we love to cool off in our pools and we have three for you to choose from.
Two bedroom, ground floor apartment with courtyard in a gated, secure complex.
Adjacent to the Marina and directly opposite Magnetic Island Ferry terminal. The Ville Casino, town centre, restaurants, hotels & bars as well as the award winning Strand Waterpark & the beach are all just a short stroll away.
Fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans, security access and no stairs to contend with. Ideal for young families with private, secure garden courtyard complete with outdoor dining setting and Weber BBQ. Apartment and courtyard are facing south so comfortable all day, all year round. Perfect for enjoying the North Queensland outdoor lifestyle. Use of three private swimming pools, with one pool suitable for supervised children to enjoy.

Although we were there for just the weekend, the property looks perfect for longer stays. The backyard outdoor dining facilities looked great. The second bedroom for the children was well equipped with very organized toys. The children loved the best. You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. Appreciate it very much that it was on the main floor. Very easy access. We had a rental car so the free parking and secure garage was a plus. Walking distance to the Strand beautiful park area in Townsville easy access to all the roads in and out of the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Quiet Property

This property is great if you do not want to be right in the centre of town but just a 5 minute walk away. Lovely clean and tidy place with everything you could want, also two lovely pools that were always quiet. We would highly recomend staying here.

We had a great time staying in Townsville at the apartment. It was located in an excellent location with own garage. Apartment had everything you needed, comfy beds and size. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Since retiring I have moved to Townsville, I love the North Queensland Lifestyle, the weather, the walks the outdoor living, whilst still keeping my Melbourne home. I love visiting my Melbourne friends and relatives and this gives me somewhere convenient to stay when in town. I love to share my properties with travellers.

Why they chose this property

Townsville was a regular holiday destination over the years.
I purchased my Breakwater Quays apartment in 2010, I love the huge outdoor courtyard as this is where I eat all meals cooked on the Weber and entertain my guests visiting. When in Townsville I walk The Strand every morning, a great way to clear my mind and plan the day ahead.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to restaurants, cafes bars and cinemas. Bus and Ferry terminal directly opposite the apartment.
Walk across road to catch Magnetic Island ferry and 20 minutes later in Magnetic Island.
