A quirky dog friendly Mews by the sea

Do you ever get bored with neutral properties and wish you could stay in an explosion of colour by the sea?

Then this quirky mews property could be exactly what you're looking for - or at least give you some serious art inspiration.

This Victorian former coach house has been transformed into a unique home with an Art Deco twist- and it's filled with endless quirky details.

The Coach House, Sandgate property is filled with all the colours under the sun, from the fluttering butterflies in the ‘living’ hallway to the multi-coloured lounge with a Elephant head and zebra skin rug, a wonky library toilet and jungle inspired bedrooms.

The house boasts two double bedrooms and one single, a large lounge looking out to sea glimpses. The modern main bathroom has a large bath and original stone wall, the kitchen was once the former stables for the estate and has a sympathetic kitchen installed within. The dining table is the original Stable door, which comfortably sits 8 people, which leads to hallway/ boot room and large garage. There's no chance you'd run out of storage here!

It also features a small shared garden, including a patio and lawn, which has a low leveled fenced area for a little privacy.

Lovely place but serious unresolved issue with plumbing
Lovely place, location, decor etc.. Unfortunately the shower would not drain and would have caused flooding if we had continued to use. The sink and bath in the other bathroom were also slow to drain. The owner was aware before we arrived but could not find a plumber during the three nights of our stay.

What makes this property unique

What an amazing quirky place. Not one wall or floor is straight! Once the Coach House to the nearby estate, we have renovated this place trying to keep some of its most redeeming character features. The wow factor is in the largest room of the Mews, the converted Stables from a utility room into a kitchen/ dining room.
